1)tune up 2) I checked all capacitors and inspected blower wheel assembly I checked for proper delta t and confirmed refrigerant levels is good I also cleaned outdoor coil. 3)Job complete, left thermostat on desired temperature.
Blower wheel is 100% impacted air filter was just replaced but the return line is 100% impacted amps on compressor are in good standing refrigerant levels are normal outdoor unit was 100% impacted but was sprayed and washed off 615-934-3873 Anna is the daughter is the POC
Teflon treatment 1)tune up 2) I checked all capacitors and inspected blower wheel assembly I also checked for proper delta t and confirmed system is fully operational, I advised to do Teflon treatment on both coils, client authorized repair. 3)Job complete, final cycled system
We arrived to clients home for no cool diagnostic. Upon further inspection we found a leak in the evaporator coil and a weak capacitor. We found that the plastic on the capacitor for the outdoor unit was melted. We changed the capacitors and added a hard start kit to the outdoor unit. We also scheduled our client to talk to a comfort home specialist. This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for. * R 22 refrigerant recharge by super heat and sub cooling Everything that is worn and questionable or enhancements to upgrade the system. * mini turbo capacitor replacement for for basement furnace * Monthly 2 Hvac system membership * Dual capacitor replacement * Compressor easy start kit
1)other 2) client said condensate pump I smacking strange noice I confirmed pump was clogged and was able to clean it and restore proper operations. 3)Job complete.
1)other 2) client said outside unit is not coming on I confirmed disconnect was upside down and not allowing power to system. I recommend a surge protector on outside system since client says they get frequent power outages. 3)Job complete.
1)other 2) client said that system is leaking water I confirmed flexed line is faulty and needs to be replaced I advised to replace both hot and cold side lines with copper pipe and install new ball valves. 3)Job not complete, we must come tomorrow to do repairs, office will call client to go over scheduling.

*Teflon Treatment Arrived at client for cooling maintenance. Set thermostat to cooling. Checked air filter. Replaced air filter. Inspected blower wheel and coil. Both were clean. Checked electrical. Washed outdoor coil. Checked electrical components. Checked refrigerant pressures. All were good. Teflon treatment for you’re system is beneficial for the long lasting of you’re system. Client approved treatment. System is operational at this time. Job complete.
Blower is 100% impacted, sub-cooling isn’t at the correct temp, owner/tenant Owner is Alberto Roviera file has been updated with Jacob, tenant pays for the membership but won’t pay for cleaning

I am also going to set up a meeting with a comfort specialist to go over tankless options if his house is compatible with it.
This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out * Compressor easy start kit Cooling safety inspection and maintenance. Turned the thermostat to 65f then inspected the indoor system, found 90% Dirty filter replaced the filter, flushed the condensate drain line and inspected the blower assembly, checked for gas leaks, inspected the water heater burner and flushed it. Cleaned the outdoor system and checked the capacitor, the refrigerant pressures and added an easy start kit. Final cycled. Job complete.

Arrived at clients for one system cooling maintenance. Set thermostat to cooling. Inspected air filter, was 80% restricted. I washed it for client. Blower wheel was 70% restricted. Blower wheel cleaning is needed. Evaporator coil was dirty needs to be cleaned as well. Flushed condensation drain line. Washed outdoor coil and checked electrical components. Capacitor is below its range. Client denied replacement. System pressures are to correct specifications. System is operational at this time. Job complete.
1)hvac diagnostic 2) client said that outdoor fan motor is rattling I confirmed wheel is warped and needs to be replaced I was able to tighten fan wheel to ensure it spins freely, at this time system is cooling properly. 3)Job complete, left thermostat on desired temperature.
