Fredy is the best

Despite wrong wiring of my brand new heat pump during initial installation , despite charging me for parts that never should be replaced and charging me for labor for parts that never should be replaced and after replacement not testing them after replacement was done , Despite of ruin all treats on covers of my air handler during seasonal tune-up , despite destroying fins on my brand new compressor by pushing and hanging measurement equipment on ventilation holes of my outdoor equipment , despite that CEO is not responsive on emails and phone calls and completely ignoring my requests and my dissatisfaction with the service , I always gave a chance to this company and was hopping for improvement , despite on all horrible service and uneducated troubleshooting and wrong parts replacement ,there was always hope , eventually miracle happened , Miracle happened when Fredy Trinidad arrived. For all of you out there if you are dealing with NICE company , always request Fredy Trinidad , because he is highly skilled , professionally educated and master class technician with ability comprehend an issue , ability perform high level troubleshooting and fix your system quick and do this right and do this one time. I would like to thank Fredy for all what he did so far: He provided me with great service, he is customer oriented, hardworking, and dedicated man.

Upon arrival customer explained that system is not cooling. Found system charge nearly empty of R22 refrigerant, if system is to be charged a leak search must be performed due to phased out refrigerant. Blower is dirty and requires cleaning. Suction line missing most of its insulation. Disconnect switch is broken. Dual capacitor failing and in need of replacement. Furnace is 27 years old and AC is 28 years old. System replacement is recommended due to age, condition and estimated costs of repairs. Set up appointment with comfort specialist to go over replacement options. Recommend joining Comfort Advantage Club.

We arrived to clients home for no cool diagnostic. Upon further inspection we found a leak in the evaporator coil and a weak capacitor. We found that the plastic on the capacitor for the outdoor unit was melted. We changed the capacitors and added a hard start kit to the outdoor unit. We also scheduled our client to talk to a comfort home specialist. This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for. * R 22 refrigerant recharge by super heat and sub cooling Everything that is worn and questionable or enhancements to upgrade the system. * mini turbo capacitor replacement for for basement furnace * Monthly 2 Hvac system membership * Dual capacitor replacement * Compressor easy start kit

This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for. Arrived at clients for cooling maintenance. Set thermostat to cooling. Checked air filter. Client just cleaned it within the month. Checked blower wheel. Blower wheel was about 70% restricted. Checked electrical components. Evaporator is cased coil. Temperature split was a bit low, only 8 degrees. Flushed condensate drain line. Washed outdoor coil. Checked electrical components. Outdoor capacitor was within range for compressor side but below for the fan. May need to replace soon. Checked refrigerant pressures. Pressures were below manufacture specifications. Client approved refrigerant recharge. System is operational at this time. Job complete.

Upon arrival found unit not cooling. System exhibiting high superheat and low subcooling. System is undercharged. Went to coil in attic and found that it was completely iced over. Turned system off and set fan to on, advised customer to leave system off so that ice may thaw. We will return to charge system once ice has thawed.

We arrived to customers home to address a few discrepancies during the previous install. We started by extending and redirecting the exhaust for the navien. We then fixed the naviens position so that it sits upright. We then fed the drain line through a piece of pvc at a downward angle to help when draining. We adjusted the emergency drains from the navien to ensure they don’t rattle against the other pipes. And lastly we removed the old furnace cover plate and installed a new white one. We finished the authorized work and thanked customer for their patience.
