I recently purchased a new system everyone has takes time to answer questions that I have. Freddy came today to troubleshoot and issue for me and he was great in explaining everything he was doing .. I really appreciate the time they have taken to explain everything to me.
Freddy is excellent. He remembered my unit, explained everything he was going to do, shared updates along the way, and followed Covid-19 protocol. Finding NICE was one of the best things...I have a strong level of comfort in their workmanship and customer service.
Good service and advise on an older system that is hanging on and needing more and more attention.
The advance communications were first rate, as was Darius, the technician.
Great technician and service. Company does need to keep their technicians stocked with repair parts that are “a very common part”. We had to wait until the following day for our hot water heater to be fixed because the tech didn’t have the part. That was definitely an inconvenience.
Ashley is great we enjoy having her working in our home. She is very professional, very thorough, respectful and knows his job
Once again, for our follow-up appointment, our service technician (Ashley) was excellent—comprehensive and patient, clearly explaining everything that was fixed and how it was fixed, and very kind even when I repeated questions. And Mike was equally wonderful!—extremely professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. Thank you to both Ashley and Mike!!!
Our service technician (Ashley) was incredible! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, comprehensive, and efficient! And she was exceptionally patient too—she clearly explained all our options, answered innumerable questions, and even literally wrote all our options out for us to be able to follow along more easily, which was absolutely outstanding!! Thank you, NICE and Ashley!!!
Fredy was great - he clearly knows his way around plumbing and HW heaters. He was able to quickly diagnose the problems I was having with my newly installed HW unit - turned out to be the condo building's fault (building water pressure much too high). He cleaned everything up and set the unit so it was safe and not going to cause any problems unit the water pressure problem is fixed, which is great peace of mind for me as the last thing I need is water leakage 5-floors up in a condo building... :-) Also - like his colleagues who did the install, Fredy was attentive to taking care to not damage my new hardwood floors - which was very much appreciated!
Dionte and his colleague (sorry, can't recall his name!) did a great job installing the new HW unit. They seemed very knowledgeable about how to install the unit, and attentive to details like taking care not to harm the newly installed wood flooring. Also, they were very accommodating when (as luck would have it) some appliances were delivered at the same time and each team had to work around each other in the same space. Their patience and willingness to roll with the interruption was awesome.
Upon arrival found unit not cooling. System exhibiting high superheat and low subcooling. System is undercharged. Went to coil in attic and found that it was completely iced over. Turned system off and set fan to on, advised customer to leave system off so that ice may thaw. We will return to charge system once ice has thawed.
This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for. Refrigerant levels amps on the capacitors and compressor are in good standing, outdoor coils were washed off, blower wheel and evap coil were 0% impacted, air filter was 0% impacted.

Left power off to the outdoor system, diagnostic complete need to order a new coil * 3 ton complete system Extended parts and labor warranty fir basement system
Customer has not replace any filter since her last tune up, so both blower wheels needed servicing, amps on the compressor and capacitors were in good standing, refrigerant levels were adjusted and a pound was charged to each unit. This option is the least expensive option that would safely address what we were called out for.

Upon arrival found system not operating due to system r22 refrigerant charge nearly empty, 4 psig standing pressure. Performed thorough evaluation of the system and found condenser coil dirty and requiring cleaning. Evaporator coil 50% impacted and very rusty, requires cleaning. Blower capacitor failing and needs replacement. Blower wheel, motor and housing are impacted and in need of cleaning. If system is charged with banned r22 refrigerant a leak search will need to be performed. System is 13 years old. System replacement is recommended due to age, condition and estimated costs of repairs. Set up appointment with comfort specialist to discuss replacement options tomorrow morning. If furnace is not replaced along with AC the blower will need to be cleaned and capacitor replaced in order to function properly with new AC system. Recommend joining comfort advantage club to receive 2 annual checks of the heating and cooling systems, 15% off repairs, no service fees during normal hours an

Performed cooling tune up. Checked all major components and system operation. Flushed drain line. Cleaned condenser coil. Replaced filter with one provided by customer. Found gas leak at furnace gas valve, repaired it and checked with soap bubbles to verify there are no more leaks. Applied Teflon treatment to blower and evaporator coil. Installed EZ trap water safety system. The system is operating properly at this time.
We arrived to Ms. Carman’s house and conducted our tune up. We checked the indoor unit, cleaned the outdoor and checked her refrigerant levels. We changed out a capacitor in the outdoor unit. We noticed a little bit of growth on the evaporator coil, so we also installed a UV light in the six of the indoor system. We wrapped it up and thanked Ms. Carman for her business. Everything that is worn and questionable or enhancements to upgrade the system. * Uv247 ultra violet light system * Turbo capacitor replacement for your outdoor system
