That time of year again for our Lennox furnaces yearly maintenance. Northern Air sent us serviceman Todd. He called ahead to let us know he was coming & was a very friendly young man. Went straight to work. Cleaned up after he was done. Answered any questions I had & when he left...I honestly felt good about the whole experience. Good job Todd. Hope to see you next year as well.
