Today, Steve, a service tech for Nottawasaga Mechanical, attended at our home. What a treat! He is a very personable and concerned young man. He was diligent in his work, explained some "dumb" questions from myself and left us with a comfortable experience. Steve is a keeper and a good example on how service should be delivered.
