I am a new customer to NYTech. We had Luke come and fix a plumbing problem for us a couple of weeks ago. He did an excellent job and was very professional. He signed us up for the Care Plan. Tyler was very professional as well. He is a great representative for the company and we were very impressed with the service we received from scheduling the appointment and the follow up.
