Over all the service was good…..they asked where the water heater was and I stated in the back (meaning back room) a 50 gallon one. They plugged in an old water heater that was under the cabinets 15 gallon one and opened valve to a water heater we haven’t used in 4 years resulting in no hot water for our store. They honestly should have asked why it was unplugged and the valve was off
