The team arrived and assessed the problem. They knew that they would need to get on the roof to solve the drain problem. Scott steered me in the direction of to get it fixed. I was not charged for the call because they were unable to help me. I appreciate the honesty with the customer where many would have done unnecessary work just to charge for something that wouldn’t correct the issue. I will continue to use this company.
