One Hour and Jeff Brownstein are absolutely hands-down fantastic to work with. Every single thing they did was perfect. Easy process to set up a service call. Prompt professional reply, confirmation and follow up. Jeff Brownstein showed up so quickly and was perfectly polite, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, amazingly fast and took his time to explain what was wrong, what he did to fix it our problem in way that was easy to understand. He provided excellent advice and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. We signed up for on-going maintenance plan that was just right for us and he was here and gone so efficiently - it’s hard to believe I would have called anyone else. I had tried another service the day prior and got the usual run-around and last minute cancellation of my service call at the end of the day on Friday after waiting for the technician for 4 hours! Then I called One Hour and got exactly the service and follow through I expected all along. Don’t call any other company except One Hour. For reliability and customer service - there is NO ONE better than than they are. This is my second home and the second time I’ve had this great experience with One Hour - I’ll never even think about using anyone else again. Bravo - great value, piece of mind and stellar service once again. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Excellent job!

I moved into a home where the previous owner used One-Hour (through American) for many year and recommended I stay with them, and now I know why! Even though the appliances in the home are older, they are in a great repair mainly because the owner always had a seasonal service plan. I met the One-Hour technician, Jeff, for the first time and he did a great job communicating what he was going to do, why, and how long it would take. Very professional. When he was done he went over the issues and made some gentle recommendations (no hard sell) and I realized i actually was interested in additional services. Rosie at the One-Hour office was able to schedule those immediately. Nice seamless teamwork. Its funny, I've owned homes before but never had this much confidence in my heating heating and A/C systems!
