As part of our annual maintenance contract, our system is inspected, cleaned and tuned up 2 times a year. Don C. form One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning arrived on schedule on reviewed with me what he would be doing. As he found maintenance items not included in the contract price, he brought them to my attention, explained the need for the replacement and gave me the option to accept or decline the item.
