It was good to see a quick response on Sunday. Raoul was informative, even about a DVD matter. He took time to explain what happened. As a note, I wish to remind you that within a few weeks after getting the new furnace in 2012, water backed up into the furnace because the PVC drain pipe was not changed out during the installation. Some major electronic panel was replaced in 2012/13 because of this. Is this repair associated with the water?
