The installer today, Jeff, somehow managed to install this unit himself. Even with all the obstacles and stand the unit had to be lifted onto. I very impressed with One Hours entire operation, and will continue using them for my heating and cooling needs. Kudos to the installer, tough job but he was very professional and kept a smile on his face no matter what issue arose! A++++
