Yours was the only company that followed up with a phonecall at home and promised a service visit same day (Sunday). Tony was great, very informative knowledgeable and arrived when he said he would, zero issues with him in fact We would like to have him out for every service. The concern we have with our experience is cost. We knew this cost would be high (Sunday, heat wave etc), but my wife andI were honestly shocked at the total. After seeing our options we agreed to enter the gold plan,(it was only $60 more) but what sticks with us the most is the actual time spent on labor and the part itself. I found the exact part on Amazon afterwards for $10, and watching how to replace this (it took Tony a few minutes) I have a hard time getting my head around the additional $350! for that. Again fully understand there is a cost for immediate service and thank you for completing that for us, quickly and professionally, but if you want honest feedback from your customers, we believe that cost was overly excessive, considering we purchased a service plan as well.
