Needed some new valves installed under the kitchen sink, and a new garbage disposal installed. Bill did both and did a very good job at the price he had quoted. Beyond the installation, Bill also gave me good advice on other plumbing matters, such as how to keep my drain pipes clog free. Enjoyed his work, insights and manners.

Install new 50 gallon water heater bring entire installation up to code also install new pressure reducing valve on water main and set to 70 psi
Remove existing cast-iron kitchen sink install new customer supplied cast-iron sink replacement reconnect all drains faucets dispensers etc. turn on test for leaks all is good at this time
Install new Toto elongated toilet at main floor hall bath also install total washlet bidet With heated seat, spray water, and fan And many other features two year warranty
Reconfigure all drain and vent piping at master bath tub and shower resulting from leak defective shower pan etc.
Replace two water shut off’s under kitchen sink also a new braided flex supply line to dishwasher
Install new faucet at kitchen sink, check house pressure currently OK, also quote replacement of every shut off in-house two year parts and labor limited warranty
Perform annual flush of tankless water heater, also find and fix gas leak
Cut wood paneling in basement and install new hose bib on exterior of home through brick
Install new sump pump, install new water pressure reducing valve, also install new backflow prevention device at irrigation feed line outside of home, All is working perfectly at this time

Install new hot and cold shut off‘s at washing machine outlet box, Also install new quarter turn self draining water faucet at side of home two year warranty
