I thought Bill did a great job explaining what needed to be done and he made sure I understood how to adjust timer on recirculating hot water pump. His solution definitely fixed the issues I was having with my tankless hot water system. Cannot really comment on cost as I have no comparison. Certainly not cheap.

This is the second time I have had Bill provide plumbing service at our house, The first time he replaced a plugged water tub that ran from our humidifier to a drain on the floor. That made a big difference in the operation of the humidifier The second time he came to replace a shut off value in a toilet. He did an excellent job with that also. He is very good and very fair.

Install new 50 gallon water heater, also installed new electric anode rod on same heater , Bring entire installation up to code.
Install customer supplied kitchen faucet and also two new shut off valves under sink Check house water pressure currently 60 PSI ,safe level.
Install new kitchen sink, faucet and disposal all new drain piping etc.
Install new 50 gallon water heater bring entire installation up to code also install new pressure reducing valve on water main and set to 70 psi
Install complete whole house water filter treatment system for hardness taste odor etc.
Perform all necessary plumbing to complete kitchen remodel and master bathroom remodel
Re-install kitchen sink plumbing after remodel, also install two new widespread 8 inch sink faucets at master bathroom
Make necessary repairs on tankless water heater get operating Properly again, also assist with drip on humidifier feed line, also identified gas leak in home for homeowner
Install hot water recirculating line from the master bathroom and from the kitchen back to the tankless water heater with timer and temperature sensing aquastat to provide on demand hot water at fixture outlets
Replace fill valve , flapper and supply line at toilet , also perform dye test to check for leaks, all is good at this time
Arrive on site troubleshoot boiler determined blower motor is bad have part delivered to home install new motor also cleaned igniter and flame rod reassemble entire boiler appears to be running perfectly
Install new 50 gallon power vent water heater with mixing valve on top to increase usable capacity, and to kill any bacteria etc. in the water
Install new water control valves at washing machine outlet box also add water hammer arrestors ,replace cracked leaking supply lines and shut offs to laundry sink, also new shut off and supply to toilet upstairs, also replace thermal expansion tank on water heater had ruptured no longer working
Fixed leak under kitchen sink add new shut off’s also fix leak at dishwasher connection, also add pressure reducing valve on main water line set to 70 pounds
Installed new 50 gallon water heater bring entire installation up to code, also install new entire house main water shut off and pressure reducing valve set to 70 psi
