I was very impressed with Josh. He not only clean, tested and checked the air conditioner, he cleaned all of the furnace filters and flushed the water heater. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I was very impressed with him

It is not easy servicing our water softener because of our extreem rusty water, but I am thankful that Jason & Parker Heating & Air were there for us.

Arrive on site troubleshoot boiler determined blower motor is bad have part delivered to home install new motor also cleaned igniter and flame rod reassemble entire boiler appears to be running perfectly
Install new water control valves at washing machine outlet box also add water hammer arrestors ,replace cracked leaking supply lines and shut offs to laundry sink, also new shut off and supply to toilet upstairs, also replace thermal expansion tank on water heater had ruptured no longer working
Installed new 50 gallon water heater bring entire installation up to code, also install new entire house main water shut off and pressure reducing valve set to 70 psi
Replace thermostatic mixing valve at top of water heater
Clear blockage at restroom-lav also add sealant on leak all is working perfectly at this time
Replace shut off valve and drain for irrigation supply, also fix two leaks under sink in guest bathroom
Existing washing machine box hot and cold valves corroded and broken, cut small hole in wall replace valves and cover hole with removable access panel all is brand new and leak free at this time
Current water pressure in home 120 psi home did not currently have a pressure reducing valve cut open wall install two new ball valves and pressure reducing valve set to 70 psi and install access panel to hide whole
Install two new 40 gallon water heater’s all new venting bring entire installation up to code 6 year tank two year parts and labor warranty
Install new kitchen faucet, soap dispenser, and two new shut off’s under kitchen sink all his leak free at this time two-year warranty
Install two new 50 gallon water heater’s bring entire installation up to code, add water alarm on each heater in a pan , also found water pressure to be 120 psi dangerously high ,replace pressure reducing valve and set to 65 PSI .
Install five brand new lavatory faucets customer supplied at master bath hall bath and main floor powder two year Labor warranty
Install of 2 new complete systems furnaces and air conditioners
