Replace water fill valve on Toto toilet and also install new water shut off in basement for irrigation
Cut and remove section of half-inch gas piping on exterior of home due to leak, replace section test for leaks also paint gray to protect from rust
Install two new 50 gallon water heater’s, and all new venting bring entire installation up to code ,Also install new flush mechanism on Toto dual flush toilet
Kelty road in Franktown: Repair AC system in attic. Had to replace the condensate pump, upon recommendation I also installed a secondary condensate protection switch to prevent water leaking into the home below. Better safety switch than sorry I always say!
