This is the second time I have had Bill provide plumbing service at our house, The first time he replaced a plugged water tub that ran from our humidifier to a drain on the floor. Install new 50 gallon water heater, also installed new electric anode rod on same heater , Bring entire installation up to code.
Install customer supplied kitchen faucet and also two new shut off valves under sink Check house water pressure currently 60 PSI ,safe level.
