Quality work, poor pricing & scheduling

The practitioner that came was great! Problem was I had to reschedule 3x because they didn’t show up the first two times. Practitioner was on site for 45 minutes & used about 6’ of pvc - bill $350

Super Responsiveness

Super responsive when furnace went out. Tech sent out same morning, quoted and new furnace installed quickly. Good price and absolutely did what they said. On time and did right by me. Highly recommend.

A great choice for repairing a furnace

My Bryant furnace stopped. Patriot is identified by Bryant as a local dealer. Patriot quickly responded to my call; inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing the furnace. Patriot had the required repair part in inventory, so was able to promptly get and install it. Patriot’s charge for the entire service labor was less than that of competitors’ standard initial inspection charge. I was very pleased with the work.

I was called to inspect a boiler that wasn't working. I found the gas shut off from another home remodel contractor. I turned on the gas and performed routine maintenance on the boiler. I cleaned the burners, ignitor, flame sensor, visually inspected the wiring and connectors, and verified the safeties were working properly. I noted that the pressure relief valve was leaking, but the customer declined to fix it at this time. No other issues were found.
