A gas furnace in Moorhead, MN, was blowing cold air due to a failed igniter. I inspected the unit and found the Hot Surface Igniter (HSI) cracked. Using a replacement Honeywell Q3200U2002 igniter, I swapped out the faulty part, ensuring proper connections. Afterward, I tested the system, verifying the burners lit correctly and warm air circulated throughout the home. A final inspection confirmed the furnace was operating efficiently and safely. I replaced a faulty pressure relief valve on a residential boiler in Fargo, ND. The old valve was leaking, causing pressure loss. I installed a new Watts 374A valve and tested the system to ensure proper operation and pressure stability.
