Executed installation of Liberty 2.5-ton air conditioning system. Positioned 30,000 BTU condenser unit on level concrete pad. Mounted compatible evaporator coil in existing air handler. Installed new line set, ensuring proper pitch for oil return. Pressure tested system to 450 PSI with nitrogen. Pulled vacuum to 250 microns and charged with 6.5 lbs of R-410A. Configured new programmable thermostat and verified correct staging operation. Final testing showed 15 SEER performance and 400 CFM/ton airflow.
