Brennon, in my opinion, is the consummate professional. It seems like everything comes easy to him. Brennon is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He listens carefully to all questions, then clarifies and confirms that his answers are understood. Great guy too.

Furnace maintenance and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Tested blower motor amperage. I found the collector box had a small leak. Tightened all screws. Replaced the furnace filter that the customer provided. The heating system is clean and operating adequately at this time. Performed free plumbing inspections.
Bathroom remodel. Estimate to partly remodel (3) bathrooms.
Commercial furnace repair. Replaced transformer on furnace, cycled and tested.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the furnace due to the 10-year VIP service plan. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Replaced customer-provided furnace filter and humidifier pad filter. Cleaned condensation trap and all hoses. Cleaned pressure switch hoses. Tested gas valve voltage/inlet and outlet pressures. The heating system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Performed free plumbing inspections.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. I found heavy buildup inside the flue pipe. Removed and cleaned. Tested the humidifier, shut off the valve, had a small leak, and tightened the packing nut. Set up a new VIP service plan.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Customer renewed maintenance plan. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned condensation trap and all hoses. Cleaned pressure switch hoses. Replaced the furnace filter that the customer provided. This is the first visit to the new VIP service plan. Customer will have spring/ac visits prepaid for the 2026 season and left remaining on the current plan. Performed free inspections.
Water leak. A leak was coming from the base of the toilet on the second floor. Water was running down the pipe all the way to the basement. Pulled the toilet to find water underneath and noticed the flange was set a bit low, performed flange repair. Cleaned up.
Commercial drain repair. Replaced the pop-up with a grid strainer in the utility building to resolve the issue.
Abandoned saddle valve in crawl space was spraying all over, cut out and replaced to resolve issue. While in crawl noticed two more saddle valves that are in use but could be replace. And flue pipe for furnace needs to be replaced from furnace to b vent.
