He explained in detail exactly what he was going to do in terms that were easy to understand and what the expected outcome would be. He is very thorough and efficient. Brennon, in my opinion, is the consummate professional. It seems like everything comes easy to him. Brennon is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He listens carefully to all questions, then clarifies and confirms that his answers are understood. Great guy too.

Commercial plumbing repair. Replaced basket strainers, end waste outlet, and p-trap for the kitchen sink in the lunch room.
Plumbing repair. Estimate to replace 3 Moen 1225B tub, shower cartridges. Install new trim on 2 tubs, showers with Moen trim compatible with 1225b cartridges, and a shower trim only with the same faceplate. All showers to have Moen shower heads with magnetic hand heads and everything in chrome finish. Magnetic shower head to be Moen Engage 2.5 gal per minute
Furnace repair. No heat / intermittent heat call. Very old unit. Found ignitor and flame sensor very corroded/cracked. The customer agreed to replace both parts. Tested the system multiple times. Unit is heating and operating adequately at this time.
Cleaned and serviced furnace due to new membership. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned all pressure switch hoses. Hanged furnace filter that customer provided. Customers condensation trap is leaking. It’s outside of furnace. Attempted to fix leaking couplings however don’t want to break trap. It is covered under warranty due to newer install from four seasons. Customer is making them fix it. System is clean and heating properly at this time. First visit, customer will have spring/ac prepaid for this 2026 season. * If customer can’t have four seasons work with him told him we are happy to do it. He wants to use that work warranty.
Commercial plumbing repair. Took apart standing tub side wall to replace hand held shower wand that was getting kinked. I also installed a Moen adjustable shower head with different spray modes. Tested everything and everything is working as it should. Also recaulked the shower wall.
Whole home humidifier repair. Replace digital humidistat.
Aprilaire whole-house humidifier repair. Testing found the humidifier control box is faulty.
Furnace maintenance and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Tested blower motor amperage. I found the collector box had a small leak. Tightened all screws. Replaced the furnace filter that the customer provided. The heating system is clean and operating adequately at this time. Performed free plumbing inspections.
Bathroom remodel. Estimate to partly remodel (3) bathrooms.
Commercial furnace repair. Replaced transformer on furnace, cycled and tested.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the furnace due to the 10-year VIP service plan. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Replaced customer-provided furnace filter and humidifier pad filter. Cleaned condensation trap and all hoses. Cleaned pressure switch hoses. Tested gas valve voltage/inlet and outlet pressures. The heating system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Performed free plumbing inspections.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. I found heavy buildup inside the flue pipe. Removed and cleaned. Tested the humidifier, shut off the valve, had a small leak, and tightened the packing nut. Set up a new VIP service plan.
