Brennon was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He was able to service the AC unit and clearly explain what needed to be done to keep things working efficiently. Water softener service. Hose from softener tied to 3/4” pvc that serves the coil and humidifier. When water softener discharged during regeneration it must have pulled it off the humidifier. Moved hanger so there’s a tighter fit on the humidifier drain. No charge.
Current vent pipe for hood is run over to the outside wall then up into attic but not through the roof. To fix the problem it should be run straight up and through the roof. Customer plans on getting a new hood in the near future, Dave will come up with an estimate to install new hood and change the way it’s piped. Please send receipt in mail.
Commercial sewer and drain cleaning. Rodded urinal and used Sizzle to help clear drain line buildup. Urinal flowing well at this time. Tank lid for fan lab was wrong, Dave to order proper one.
Commercial sewer and drain cleaning. I asked to look at a room at the end of the hallway because I know this toilet flows into a lift station. I found lift station pump was turned off at the disconnect switch! There is no padlock on it or any lockout tag out on this disconnect. I was given authorization to turn it on the pump. Pump came on and pumped pit out and shut down. We went into toilet area and found problem toilet is now working ok. Noted that pump lid is cracked and broken. It is sharp and can cut someone so I put tape on broken areas to cover sharp edge and label on lid danger sharp ! Also I adjusted the handle so toilet will flush better. Will order a new lid.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested. Found water inside furnace cabinet. Took inducer motor out and tightened all the collector screws down well. Some were loose. Cleaned up water and sanded rust off of cabinet. Cleaned drain trap out and all drain tubes. Furnace is operating and heating as it should be at this time. Customer renewed maintenance program. One visit is being used today. They will have one more remaining for 2025 cooling season.
Commercial washroom service. Inspected hand held shower unit and found hose had a kink that closed off water supply to unit. Straightened up hose, tested.
Replaced toilet in basement, replaced toilet handle on first floor toilet, capped off water line for refrigerator with compression cap.
Water backflow preventer testing. Tested and certified water backflow preventer is operating safely. I filed paperwork with city per state code. 1-1” RPZ backflow drop off paperwork at city hall drop box in parking lot.
Sewer and drain cleaning. Rod main sewer thru basement cleanout. Flush drain and clean up work area.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace under annual VIP plan. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, ignition, gas valve voltage and pressures, flame sensor, blower motor amperage. Checked heat exchanger and thermostat. Cleaned drain trap, all hoses and line. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Everything is in accurate working condition and is heating as it should at this time.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, flame sensor, ignitor, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Checked thermostat and heat exchanger. Blew out drain line. Heating system is working adequately. Renew VIP annual service plan.

Checked fireplace operation, instructed homeowner how to use fireplace if power goes out. Everything working well at this time.
Furnace safety inspection. Cleaned, tested and tuned furnace for season, renew annual VIP service plan today. This is first visit.
