Brennon was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He was able to service the AC unit and clearly explain what needed to be done to keep things working efficiently. Air conditioner maintenance. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested refrigerant levels. The AC system is operating and cooling as it should be now at this time.
Service A/C for the season. Cleaned, inspected, tested, and tuned HVAC. The system is operating safely. Set up an annual maintenance plan today.
Industrial sewer and drain service. The lavatory drain was backed up. I took apart the trap and rodded 20’ out with minor issues getting through. Hooked trap back up and everything drained as it should. In a second washroom, the flush valve was sticking and continued to flush nonstop. I replaced the Sloan flush valve diaphragm and vacuum breaker. Turned on the water, and everything is working as it should. A permit for each job was required, and all paperwork was completed and submitted. Everything was cleaned up and checked for leaks before leaving.
COMMERCIAL PLUMBING ESTIMATE FOR NEW HANDWASHING STATION IN THE SHOP
Commercial plumbing repair. I repaired one toilet in the security locker room. The toilet was leaking in the vacuum breaker area. Installed a complete Sloan rebuild kit in the toilet. Someone installed a 1.5 gallon flush in this toilet when it should be a 3.5 gallon flush kit, that is what I installed. In the second building men's room I found both toilets, urinal and sinks have low water pressure. The toilets and urinal I flushed the lines out and replaced Sloan rebuild kits in these fixtures. They all flush well now. The two lavatory faucets I blew out at stops. The faucets have good water pressure now..
I removed the old garbage disposal and installed a new, stronger garbage disposal model. Tested operation and cleaned up. The customer has our $50 off coupon.
Water heater repair. Replaced expansion tank and pressure relief valve.
Sewer and drain cleaning. Master Shower drain full of hair. Pulled hair and draining great. Master lav stopper full of hair. Cleared hair and draining great. 2nd floor hall bath tub stopper full of hair. Cleared hair and draining great.
Boiler repair. Replace water boiler relief valve and expansion tank for water boiler. Boiler is a Weil-McLain CGa. Cycle system, Burner off at 190*, Burner on at 170*. Boiler is operating safely at this time.
Commercial sewer and drain cleaning. Successfully rodded kitchen line from cleanout under sink. Replace end waste outlet and p trap drain with a drain saddle valve for the water cooler. Also need to replace parts under Bradley hand washing station that will need to be ordered. Will return when parts are in.
Installed new 16 gallon electric water heater with new shut off valve. Old one was not shutting off all the way. Old one was leaking.
Sewer and drain cleaning. Cleared kitchen sink blockage. Flushed line and cleaned up.
Commercial warehouse heating repair. Inspected tube heater, checked fittings. Everything looks good. Heater working at this time. A tube heater is a heating device that emits infrared radiation from a long tube to warm a space.
Annual backwater test for 3/4” rpz valve. Test passed but valve has slight leak from weep hole at top of valve, may stop by itself or may require rebuild/ replacement of valve.
Sump pump service. Main pump is operating. Tested backup pump to reset alarm and it is also working. It was probably running nonstop because of the heavy rainfall earlier today.
