Estimate to install washer machine in men's bathroom.
HVAC service call. Customer had vents closed due to trying to bring air upstairs. Opened 2 vents and noise went an away. Good customer, no charge via tech.
AC maintenance. Cleaned, washed out and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything was in accurate working condition. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Checked r410 refrigerant levels and those too were in accurate efficiency range. Customer renewed maintenance program. Customer will have fall furnace cleaning and next ac cleaning prepaid.

Commercial plumbing repair Replaced Moen tub/shower cartridge in second floor hall bath
Water backflow preventer annual RPZ test. I tested and certified 3 RPZ water back flow preventers. File report with city per state code. Devices 1- 4” double check 1- 3/4” double check 1- 1 1/2” RPZ back flow Also customer had 6” STR pipe by dock area that is open. I covered it with a 8” square pice of sheet metal and 4- 1 1/2” anchor nails to asphalt. Customer had sewer clean out opening not sealed back by hydro testing area. I plugged with 3.5” test-tight flush clean out plug. And 7.5” plate. Pictures of these ares in customer file.
ESTIMATE TO REPLACE SEWER LINE TO SEPTIC TANK
Drain cleaning. Toilet clog call. According to the customer her toilet was clogged. Upon arrival the blockage opened and now is flushing fine. Flushed toilet many times to test. Advised on general reason clogs occur.
Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything was in accurate working condition. Tested blower motor amperage and capacitor. They too were in accurate working condition. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Tested R410a refrigerant levels. Refrigerant was in accurate efficiency range at 5* of superheat. Everything is working as it should at this time.
Air conditioner maintenance service. Clean test and tune AC system. Unit is running safely and efficiently now. Prepaid annual service visit.
Air conditioner maintenance service call. Client renewed annual service plan today. This is first visit. Sent estimate for a new toilet.
Investigated for possible leak in crawl under kitchen sink, ran dishwasher and kitchen sink but found no evidence of a leak.
