Brennon, in my opinion, is the consummate professional. It seems like everything comes easy to him. Brennon is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He listens carefully to all questions, then clarifies and confirms that his answers are understood. Great guy too.

Charged unit with R410A to 100 psi. Please send bill.
Disconnect hose from outside lawn faucet. Was behind AC condenser and customer did not have easy access to remove. Replace customer supplied whole house water filter. Only charge for dispatch fee per Jake
Commercial sewer and drain cleaning. The men’s bathroom toilet on the far right was clogged. Augered toilet and it opened up. Flushed the toilet numerous times with toilet paper with no further backup. Everything is working as it should now.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned condensation trap and all hoses. Cleaned all sensors. Checked blower motor amperage and capacitance. Tested gas valve and checked inlet/outlet pressures. Cleaned all pressure switch hoses out. Replaced humidifier pad(35) that customer provided.system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. First visit on maintenance plan. Customer will have spring/ac visit of 2026 prepaid and left remaining on current plan. Performed free inspection.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced both ac and furnace. Both systems are from 1990. R22 system. Tested all mechanical components on both. Found both units needed a few new parts. Also found ac system to be low on refrigerant. All in pictures. Giving customer estimates for new replacements. Both systems are working and operating adequately at this time.
Installed 50 gallon Bradford White power vent water heater and installed new pro series ejector pump. Tested and all is working as should. Cleaned up and removed old equipment.
Sewer and drain cleaning. Pulled the urinal and rodded in the men’s bathroom in the HIBS department. It was fully backed up when I arrived. Used casisolve to clear up mineral deposits in the urinal and piping for 45 minutes because I could see scaling. Then pulled the urinal and rodded. Hooked back up and everything was working as it should. Cleaned up and checked for leaks.
Air conditioning repair. No A/C, unit was low on Freon, need to replace evaporator coils.
Water backflow testing. 3 RPZ preventers passed.
Estimate to replace an energy-efficient commercial air conditioning system.
Central air conditioning repair. No AC call. I found the contactor corroded closed, causing the unit to not cycle off. Had to thaw the system. Replaced the contactor. Also found a disconnected, broken fuse and a fuse stuck inside the box, and a fire hazard. Replaced the new disconnect box. The customer renewed the VIP maintenance program. Tested the remaining mechanical components. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. The system was extremely dirty with cottonwood. Washed the system completely out after the unit was thawed. The system is clean, cooling, and operating properly now at this time. One visit is being used today from the new plan, and the customer will have a fall/furnace visit in 2025 prepaid/remaining on the plan.
Water backflow preventer service. Estimate to replace 2" RPZ device.
Commercial urinal repair. The urinal was leaking in multiple spots. Replaced spud, spud coupler kit, and vacuum breaker tube.
Commercial sewer and drain cleaning. The customer attempted to clean the clogged drain with a chimney cleaning brush, which got stuck in the drain. Successfully removed brush and cleared drain using power rod and drain camera.
