Commercial drain cleaning. Urinal clogged. Augered and applied urinal treatment in men’s room of GPPS2, also replaced Sloan diaphragm with proper 1.0 gpf unit. Augered and applied urinal treatment in men’s room of HPPS1.
Air conditioner maintenance. Service A/C for season for safe, efficient operation.
ESTIMATE FOR NEW NAVIAN HOT WATER BOILER WITH NEW DIRECT DEMANDWATER HEATER
Toilet repair. Water was leaking from closet flange when toilet was flushed. Repaired flange with stackable ring and replaced toilet.
Commercial plumbing repair. Check tub area for noise and hot water is not as hot when you first run the tub. Found 2 shower mixing valves crossing over, replace tub and shower cartridges. Noise in return line on the tankless heater when it is running. Drained to let air chambers refill with air. Check water softener found no water in brine tank clean screen and brine valve regenerate softener to let cycle through steps. Pull turbine on softener and cleaned water softener.
Replaced kitchen faucet in GPPS2 break room Inspected and ordered parts for slop sink in GPPS2 Inspected and ordered parts for men’s room faucet in hipps1
Water softener repair. Tested water, 32 gpm. Found softener brine screen fully clogged and brine tank very low, cleaned associated screens and blew out lines. Softener appears to be working properly now. Suggest used of rust prevention salt in the future.
INSTALL DUCTLESS MINI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER FOR SERVER ROOM
Water backflow test. Certified 1- 1” back flow file papers with city per state code.
Pulled and reset both second floor toilets.
Service furnace on this visit. Reset to factory specs for safe, efficient operation. Renew annual VIP Service agreement plan.
Replace wash machine valves Material in notes
Furnace repair. Heating system was short cycling. The units flame sensor was cracked in two places. Replaced flame sensor and repositioned burner loovers and unit is heating as it should at this time.
Inspected leak in basement wall, need to have tank pumped out, looks to be ground water. Cooper piping in wall.
