PDM Plumbing has proven to be a company we can count on for solutions to our many plumbing needs over the years. Called afterhours, explained the problem, office called early the next morning, Chris arrived around 8:00 AM and finished the job before 9:00 AM. Great service which is normal for PDM.

Air conditioner maintenance. Service A/C for season, replaced lawn faucet.
Free Inspection, tightened lock nut on laundry faucet. Will research replace hose for kitchen faucet. Will talk to Jake about estimates.
Drain cleaning. Successfully rodded lavatory line in master bathroom from the trap.
Inspected furnace for season, need to start thinking about replacing.
Service 2 furnace, inspected heat exchanger, look ok.
Cleaned and serviced furnaces. Tested flame sensors, pressure switches, hsi, fan motor amperage and capacitors, inducer motors, and gas valve voltages. Replaced furnace filters that customer provided. Replaced humidifier filter that customer provided. Cleaned out drains. Replaced flame sensor on basement unit. Everything is in adequate working condition and heating as it should. Customer will have two visits left for spring of 2024. Gave customer estimate for new furnace in basement due to the amount of rust build up.
Furnace maintenance service. Renew 2 VIP service plans, serviced furnaces for safe, energy efficient operation. Toilet repair, replaced flapper.
Reinspected furnace adjusted gas pressure on new gas valve and replaced sensor, we changed sensor in October.NC
Furnace repair, found faulty gas valve. America Standard furnace gas valve replaced.
Water softener repair. Water softener gallon counter was not in the required spot, also the grains per hardness was not set, set the grains to 25 per 2 people on clock style timer head.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi, fan motor amperage and capacitor, and inducer motor. Inspected heat exchanger. Replaced hsi due to corrosion. Everything else was in accurate working condition. Replaced humidifier pad.(35).
Renew VIP annual service plan. Install 3 faucets. Service furnace for the season.
