PDM Plumbing has proven to be a company we can count on for solutions to our many plumbing needs over the years. Called afterhours, explained the problem, office called early the next morning, Chris arrived around 8:00 AM and finished the job before 9:00 AM. Great service which is normal for PDM.

Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi,gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Cleaned out drain lines. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Everything was in accurate working condition. Customer renewed maintenance program. 2025 season will be prepaid.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, ignitor, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Everything tested is accurate working condition. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Customer renewed maintenance program. 2025 season will be prepaid.
Need to replace old pump. Installed powerful ejector pump. Tested operation and cleaned work area. Recycle old pump.
Air conditioner maintenance. Cleaned, washed out and serviced condensing units. Changed both furnace filters that customer provided. Both units were pretty dirty with cottonwood. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage and continuity. Everything was in accurate working condition. Checked refrigerant for both units. R410a refrigerant levels were in accurate efficiency range on both units. Both units are operating and cooling as they should at this time. Customer is going to renew annual VIP maintenance program in fall.
WATER BACKFLOW RPZ TESTING. ESTIMATE TO CERTIFY AND TEST RPZ'S FOR 2024
Inspected for leak, this is second time and have seen, no water leaking. System has water detectors and it is not tripping. Sealed around air handler to fill in gaps. PDM did not install unit.
Air conditioner repair. No cooling. I tested the AC system and found a faulty electrical component. Replaced capacitor on ac unit, wires were burn up. Sent estimate for replacement of old AC system.
Air conditioner safety maintenance for one year old system. Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit and drain. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything is in adequate working condition. Checked refrigerant levels. Unit is cooling at correct vapor saturation temperature and psi at this time. Looks fine.
Opened drywall in kitchen to expose piping. ran water to check drain for leakage, no leakage found. Filled tub to check jets and whirlpool piping, found broken whirlpool line causing leakage. Attached photos and short video.
Check pool heater, coil leaking. Heater needs replacement.
Service pool heater. Had to remove gas manifold and clean out gas port and HSI, heater started up. No warranty due to age.
Service 2 A/C for season. Prepaid visit. Water on basement floor. Lawn faucet froze. Will talk to Mr Lakis about repair.
