Called afterhours, explained the problem, office called early the next morning, Chris arrived around 8:00 AM and finished the job before 9:00 AM. Great service which is normal for PDM.

Air conditioner repair. No cooling. I tested the AC system and found a faulty electrical component. Replaced capacitor on ac unit, wires were burn up. Sent estimate for replacement of old AC system.
Air conditioner safety maintenance for one year old system. Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit and drain. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything is in adequate working condition. Checked refrigerant levels. Unit is cooling at correct vapor saturation temperature and psi at this time. Looks fine.
Opened drywall in kitchen to expose piping. ran water to check drain for leakage, no leakage found. Filled tub to check jets and whirlpool piping, found broken whirlpool line causing leakage. Attached photos and short video.
Check pool heater, coil leaking. Heater needs replacement.
Service pool heater. Had to remove gas manifold and clean out gas port and HSI, heater started up. No warranty due to age.
Service 2 A/C for season. Prepaid visit. Water on basement floor. Lawn faucet froze. Will talk to Mr Lakis about repair.
Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage, compressor amperage. Checked R410a refrigerant levels. Everything was in adequate working condition and the refrigerant levels were in accurate efficiency range. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Customer renewed maintenance program. * Her father lives next door and he wrote a check for both his and her maintenance program renewals.
Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage, and compressor amperage. Tested R410a refrigerant levels. Everything was in adequate and accurate efficiency range and levels. Customer renewed maintenance program.
Renew plan, service A/C for season, install customer supplied pump. Will send estimate for back up, softener and mini split.
Air conditioning maintenance. Cleaned and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Tested blower motor capacitor and amperage. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Everything was in adequate working condition. Checked R410a refrigerant levels. Levels were in accurate efficiency range. Renewed maintenance program.
Sump pump service. Found a dead mole floating around the pit, when the pump kicks on it was getting stuck under the float preventing it from turning pump off. Removed mole and tested, pumping fine at this time.
Air conditioner maintenance. Service A/C for season, replaced lawn faucet.
Free Inspection, tightened lock nut on laundry faucet. Will research replace hose for kitchen faucet. Will talk to Jake about estimates.
Drain cleaning. Successfully rodded lavatory line in master bathroom from the trap.
