We called PDM to repair an old toilet from the 1950s. Brad arrived promptly as scheduled. Very nice man! Professional. He did a great job repairing the toilet. We are very pleased. Micheal was nice and professional. He however was not able to compel eye the repair, did not set up the second visit needed by a more experienced Plummer and leaving us with extended down time. Repair quote was received a week after original call and not itemized for parts and labor.

The service was quick and professional from the start with the receptionist Christina to Brad the installer. I was able to explain my problem, they sent out Brad within an hour and my tank was installed in less than one hour. I recieved a free inspection of our water values and furnace. I would recommend PDM for any plumbing and heating issues your experiencing. Again Christina and Brad Kenny were amazing! I would give PDM 6 stars if I could.

Water in basement was coming from drum trap for tub on second floor, the line was backing up and there was a hole in the plug. Rodded line and replaced plug. Also successfully rodded kitchen/laundry line which was causing floor drain to back up in the basement. Customer declined free inspection.
Pump service. The pump motor is very noisy and needs to be replaced.
Main water valve. Replaced valve before the meter, used COJ parts
Toilet repair. The water level on the fill valve was set too high and was running into the flush valve. Adjusted the fill level in the toilet, and it is operating as it should now. The toilet is only 5 years old and in good condition.
Toilet repair. Toilet leak. I replaced the gasket on the toilet that was bad on the fill valve.
Commercial drain and sewer cleaning. Successfully rodded from the floor cleanout in the women’s restroom.
Air conditioning maintenance. Cleaned, tested, and tuned the AC system. AC is running safely and efficiently today. Replaced humidifier pad.
Commercial sewer and drain cleaning. I rodded from multiple cleanouts but was unsuccessful. The main sewer line needs to be jetted to be cleared of blockage.
AC maintenance. I found a faulty main capacitor and replaced it. Cleaned, tested, and tuned the air conditioner. Running well now. Renew the annual HVCA maintenance plan today.
Plumbing water leak. There was a leak in the 1/4” water line going to the refrigerator, replaced a bad section of pipe and saddle valve. Had to use a pressure valve to stop water; the gate valve at the meter must not be shut off all the way. The customer declined the free inspection.
Air conditioning maintenance. Renew annual HVAC service plan. Tightened handle on tub faucet.
Commercial HVAC maintenance, 2 rooftop units. Replaced all filters for the season.
Sewer and drain cleaning. Rodded main sewer line from basement clean out 100’ out or full length of cable. Had to read it twice because it was still draining a bit slowly after once. When I arrived, the floor drain would back up in the basement after one flush. When I was done, everything in the house was running and flushing toilets numerous times with no back-ups
