Brennon always does a good job. The only thing I would recommend is that the tech have a filter on their truck when they are going to do a service call. But, he does a great job

Cleaned and serviced furnace. This is last visit on membership due to previous invoices. Cleaned all sensors. Tested all mechanical components. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet outlet pressures. Furnace filter was just changed. Found fs very corroded and replaced. Also customer requested changing the thermostat to a new one. Replaced both items. System is clean, heating and operating properly at this time. Customer will need to renew Maintenance plan at spring/ac visit of 2026. Performed free inspections.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Renewed VIP service plan.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Cleaned all sensors. Tested all mechanical components. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Cleaned the pressure switch inlet from the inducer. Noticed the inducer motor making noise. Give the Customer an estimate for replacement. Tested blower motor amperage and capacitance. The system is from 2009. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Mail receipts to the customer!
Commercial boiler repair. Need a new pump for the Junior High boiler. Installed a new pump on boiler number 1. Tested for safe operation.
Replaced the main water shutoff valve and replaced the lawn faucet.
Test and certified 4 back flows file paperwork with the city per state code. 1-4” double check 2-2” double check 1-3/4” double check 1-3/4” RPZ.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Service furnace for the season, replaced the Humidifier water panel, and cleaned the humidifier.
Plumbing repair. Made copper piping repair in 3/4” water line in the basement. Also, performed a furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Everything is clean and working as it should.
Plumbing repair. Put new gaskets on his Mansfield outside lawn faucet. The customer did not want to cut open the wall in the house and wanted to try this approach instead of replacing the lawn faucet. The leak seems to have stopped, but I told the customer to put a bucket under it, and if it accumulates any water by tomorrow, then we will have to cut open the wall in the finished basement and replace hose bib.
Furnace repair. No heat call. Found open limit code. After diagnosing found that the ignitor had cracked and was not igniting. Also found a clog in the inducer pressure switch hose nipple. Cleared clog and replaced HSI. The system is heating and operating properly at this time.
Sewer and drain cleaning. Rodded main cleanout, pulled back a substantial amount of roots. An estimate to replace the cracked sewer line, allowing tree roots to enter the drain.
Plumbing water leak. Small pinhole leak in a 1/2” copper pipe in the ceiling of the living room. Cut out the bad section of pipe and replace it with a new copper pipe and fittings. Everything is cleaned up, tested, and no more leaks.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Renew annual VIP service plan.
Rodded out urinal in men’s locker urinal from customer washroom clean out. Everything open and working as shown.
