Brennon always does a good job. The only thing I would recommend is that the tech have a filter on their truck when they are going to do a service call. But, he does a great job

Plumbing repair. Cold side for laundry connections and faucet for laundry tub was clogged, located the clog, cut out, and repiped. Need to schedule a time to replace the main water shutoff valve and the outside lawn faucet.
Furnace repair, no heat call. The customer stated that the system is short-cycling. I cleaned and serviced the furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Found flame sensor very corroded. Replaced humidifier pad filter due to calcification. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Cleaned the condensation trap out. Customer renewed VIP maintenance program.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. I cleaned and serviced the furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Found the flame sensor very corroded. Replaced the humidifier pad filter due to calcification. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Cleaned the condensation trap out. The furnace is running safely at this time.
Sewer and drain cleaning. I pulled the toilet and rodded the main sewer line from first first-floor hall bath. The line was full of hair and only a few feet out. Reset the toilet and tested. Everything is working as it should.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Removed the vanity, cut open the wall to replace the drain sanitary tee. Replaced water shut-off valves. The customer will call to schedule the installation of a new vanity.
Replace sump pump. Had to replace sump pump that was not working and replace with a larger ejector pump. Pump was not working and was allowing water to seep up from floor drain. After running water for extended period of time I finally found the issue. Water in pit seeps out till pt is four inches short of full then stops seeping. When the water softener would discharge it would back up from the pit out of the floor drain then seep back down so they never found source of issue because everything would get wet then water would go down. There was only an 1-1/2” sump pump and line that was installed some point in the distant past with a toilet dumping into pit. The sump did not discharge the toilet paper so I had to dig out and throw away. I piped in a 2” ejector pump with a 2” discharge with a check valve.
Heating service. After diagnosing the home's boiler system, I found that customer has two thermostats, one thermostat controls the air handler in the attic, and the other thermostat directly below controls the boiler in the basement, she turned off the thermostat that controls the air handler, thinking that it was the boiler thermostat turning off and it wasn’t therefore the boiler Kept heating the house when she thought she turned it off. I explained everything to the customer on how to use the thermostats and which one controls which again again, I showed her that the boiler is off when I said it 1° below what it is in the home And that it turns on and off just fine. Did not change any parts. Thermostats are working correctly.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned exhaust pipe out. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Found flame sensor very corroded and customer chose to replace it. Customer also renewed VIP maintenance plan. He will have both visits of 2026 prepaid. System is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Performed free plumbing inspections.
Commercial ejector pumps repair. The septic system was pumped. Removed two pumps from the sewer pit, took apart both pumps, and cleaned them. Reinstalled the pumps, dropped them in the pit, and tested. Pump 2 is working. Pump 1 is to be repaired. It's missing the lock key and blade; it will return when the part comes in.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Replaced humidifier pad filter due to calcification, supplied by customer. The customer just changed the furnace filter. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Customer renewed VIP maintenance plan. One visit is being used today, and he will have the spring/ac visit of 2026 prepaid remaining on the plan. Performed a free plumbing inspection.
Boiler repair. I bled the system to remove trapped air, which makes the heating system more efficient. Air bubbles prevent hot water from circulating properly, leading to cold spots on radiators, gurgling noises, and reduced heat output. Bleeding also protects the system from rust and corrosion, as air contains oxygen that can damage the metal components. The system doesn’t have shut-off valves. Had to remove the pump to bleed. The boiler is 20 + years old.
Gas piping service. Ran a gas pipe through the floor to the stove. Install a gas shut-off valve. Test for safe operation.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Customer renewed VIP maintenance plan. Tested all mechanical components. Replaced furnace filters that the customer provided. I replaced the humidifier pad filter due to extreme calcification. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned the condensation system. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. The customer will have one more visit prepaid for spring/ac visits of 2026. Performed a free plumbing inspection.
The washing machine water hoses were replaced. The customer-supplied hoses were hooked up to the new washing machine, and the discharge line was hooked up. The washing machine was set in place and tested. Everything is working as it should.
