Pete our service tech was great. Very knowledgeable very pleasant. My only surprise was the $89 for dispatch fee when I was told $89 was the diagnostic.

I have an old home with lead drain lines that needed a replacement and I chooses PDM based on past experiences with this company. Their technician did an outstanding job with the replacement. He was fast and efficient with the work, the lead line had a number of bends that needed to be corrected with the new PVC replacement pipe. When he was done the workmanship was top notch! He also replaced a tub drain and again a great job!

Chris came to do an air conditioner check and clean. He began promptly and explained everything to us. Once he completed that he checked our hot water heater for us. He told us it was 6 years old, and they normally last 6 - 8 years. He asked if we would like a quote for a new one, which we said yes. When he was giving us the total for the services he told us about a price that included a furnace service also, which we agreed to. Chris has done work for us before, and he was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. In closing it was a very positive service call, as usual.

Relief valve seems to be opening because expansion tank is waterlogged and house has a check valve making it a closed system. Provided quote to replace expansion tank and relief valve.
Checked exhaust piping for tankless heater, found water in line, cleaned out. Unit has an ignition failure code also, checked igniter and flame sensors, all ok. Contacted technical support, found water in gas valve and pressure switch, unfortunately not under warranty due to presence of water. Need to replace gas valve and atmospheric pressure switch. Dave to provide repair pricing. Will discount diagnostic price off of repair.
Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Capacitor was below acceptable range and replaced using a 45/5. Refrigerant was below acceptable range as well. Added 1/12 lbs of R410 refrigerant to achieve accurate efficiency range. Customer signed up for maintenance program. One visit is being used today and one visit will be remaining for fall of 2024.
Drain cleaning. Successfully rodded shower through floor drain.
Toilet repair. Replace fill valve, flush valve seal and supply line for toilet.
Warehouse plumbing repair. Replace piping, valves and air compressor.
Installed safety grab bars in first and second floor washrooms near toilets.
Faucet repair. Replace cartridges on old two handle Kohler tub/shower valve. Water heater repair. Replaced anode rod in water heater to resolve rotten egg smell.
Plumbing repair. Water leak. Cut out and replaced leaky water piping.
Commercial HVAC repair. AC cycling off. When I arrived I checked the A/C system. AC Unit was working. John will call if unit cycles off again.
Commercial drain cleaning. Rodded sink drains for ladies room and locker room from cleanout under locker room sinks. Drains are now flowing.
Install new commercial HVAC unit. Test for safe and efficient operation. Recycle old unit.
Church plumbing repair. Replace mixing valve and gate valve in basement pump room.
Provided estimate to replace fixtures for 1st floor bathroom and estimate to replace bathtub and toilet for 2nd floor bathroom.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Cut pipe to shorten tub spout and resealed at wall.
