After diagnostic found blown inducer motor. Replaced motor and installed new pressure switch hoses. Tested. System is heating and operating properly at this time.
Attempted to rod from cleanout under trailer but busted through the pipe, probably because the fittings used don’t have a proper sweep.
Replaced sump pump, removed old back up system and replaced check valve.
Heating repair. Tested the system and replaced the pilot system. Re-light the pilot, heating system is running as of this date.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. The humidifier needs a new Humidstat. The blower motor wheel is a little out of balance at high speed. Renew the annual VIP service plan.
Sewer and drain cleaning. The whole house was backing up. I pulled the toilet to the rod and successfully cleared the blockage. There’s a hole in the pipe below the toilet where the floor was replaced, which needs to be addressed.
Sewer repair. Estimate to repair sewer piping leak in the basement
Water piping repair. Estimate to replace galvanized piping with copper.
CHURCH PLUMBING REPAIR. ESTIMATE TO INSTALL SECOND EJECTOR PUMP AND ALTERNATOR.
Estimate to get rid of old drum trap and replace with PVC - 1st floor - panel upstairs
Install a new furnace and AC for the church. Test for safe operation.
Sewer and drain cleaning. Successfully rodded the floor drain through the cleanout of the floor. Thoroughly tested by dumping buckets down the floor drain and running the laundry tub. The line is currently draining.
Church plumbing repair. Repair water line feeding the cooler in the kitchen; the line broke and was spraying water in the boiler room
Performed a furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Repaired the condensate line and replaced the flame sensor. The unit is operating properly at this time. The inducer motor is making a light, howling noise; continue to monitor.
