Installation of new Bradford White 40-gal gas water heater. Had additional piping demo and repipe of faulty galvanized cold piping. Repiped in copper propress. Everything tested safely and is working as it should.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned condensation trap and all hoses. Cleaned all sensors. Checked blower motor amperage and capacitance. Tested gas valve and checked inlet/outlet pressures. Cleaned all pressure switch hoses out. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the furnace according to the VIP service plan. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned the condensation trap and all hoses out. The customer just changed the furnace filter. Replaced humidifier pad filter. (35). System is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Performed a free plumbing inspection.

Tested the gas valve and verified proper pressures. Replaced humidifier pad filter. Checked blower motor amperage and capacitor. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Last visit to the VIP service plan. Performed a free plumbing inspection.

Cleaned and serviced both furnaces. Last visit on plan. Tested all mechanical components. Found HSI needed to be replaced on 1st floor furnace. Cleaned both traps out. Cleaned all sensors. Tested both gas valves. After replaced the HSI, both systems are clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Custer will renew plan in spring for both systems. Performed free inspections.

HSI was replaced last year and is still in good condition. Tested gas valve and inlet/outlet pressures. Furnace from 2012. Filter still has life to it being a 20x25x5. Replaced the receptacle on the side of the furnace. Tested the humidifier. The humidifier pad filter was cleaned and usable. Last visit on VIP service plan. Customer renewed VIP maintenance plan. Performed free plumbing inspections.

Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection.. The unit is low on Freon. Recharge to correct pressures. We will do a clean/check in the spring of 2026 and double-check check charge.
Replace 50 50-gallon Bradford White power vent water heater. Test for safe operation, clean up, and haul away old water heater.
Air conditioner repair. Replaced fan motor and blades under warranty.
Sump pump repair. Replaced check valve; customer installed sump pump.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical components. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. Everything is in the accurate efficiency range and condition. The system has just been installed. Rewired plug box to furnace due to receptacles not working, though they were working before the install. The furnace filter was just changed. The system is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. First visit on VIP service plan. The customer will have a fall/furnace visit with 2025 remaining prepaid.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing system. Tested all mechanical components. Tested compressor and fan motor amperages. Checked R410a refrigerant levels. Everything is in accurate, efficient condition. Suggested home purchase more furnace filters. He changes them. (4”). This is the last visit on the maintenance plan. The customer renewed the maintenance plan. He will have a fall/furnace visit in 2025 and a spring/ac visit in 2026 prepaid.
Sewer and drain cleaning. Successfully rodded the main sewer from the cleanout. Drains are flowing now.
