Conducted Fall-Winter safety inspection and service on an Amana furnace. Checked motors, relays, capacitors, contractors, circuit boards, bearings, fuses, wiring and connections, seals, fan, drains, thermostat, and heat exchanger. All components are working at manufacturer specification at this time. Customer is a VIP service member.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, flame sensor, ignitor, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Checked thermostat and heat exchanger. Cleaned out drain line. Replaced furnace filter and humidifier filter that customer provided. Renewed annual VIP service plan.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, flame sensor, ignitor, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Checked thermostat and heat exchanger. Blew out drain line. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Inspected hot water heater and found the exhaust vent is a little flat. Flue is not back drafting at this time. Sent estimate on replacement of water heaters.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, ignitor, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Everything tested is accurate working condition. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Customer renewed VIP maintenance program.
HVAC maintenance today. Tested and cleaned system. Running safely and efficiently. Renew annual VIP service plan.
AC tune-up. Cleaned, washed out and serviced condensing unit. Unit was extremely dirty. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage and continuity. Everything was in accurate working condition. Checked R410a refrigerant. Refrigerant levels were in accurate efficiency range. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Annual VIP maintenance program.
Air conditioner maintenance. Cleaned, washed out and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything is in accurate working condition. Checked refrigerant levels. R410a refrigerant was in accurate efficiency range. Performed free inspections. Customer renewed annual maintenance program. Will have both fall and next spring visits prepaid.
AC repair. Came to check refrigerant levels. Upstairs unit has a liquid line clog. Reclaimed refrigerant, weld in new line dryer filter/ check a coil inside furnace for refrigerant leaks. Added Freon to upstairs unit.
HVAC service. Advised on thermostat operation. Performed air conditioning maintenance, clean and checks on two AC systems. The master bedroom unit was low on refrigerant. Added 1-1/2 lbs of 410a to get vapor sat temp. Above freezing. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage in both condensers. Both units are cooling as they should at this time.
Service furnace, replaced April Aire humidifier pad filter.
Service furnace for season, inspected pump 3 years old.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi, fan motor amperage and capacitor, and inducer motor. Cleaned exhaust pipe and drain pipe. Replaced flames sensor due to corrosion. Tested every thermostat throughout the house (10) that’s connected to boiler and baseboards. All are working and communicating adequately.
Cleaned and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything tested in accurate working condition. Checked the refrigerant levels. The R410a refrigerant was in accurate efficiency range. Performed clean and check on furnace. Everything was in accurate working condition. Customer is ordering a new filter. He needs a April air 510. Customer signed and used maintenance program. Will renew in spring.
Cleaned and serviced both condensing units. Both units where very dirty and had to burn off cottonwood then hose them both out. Tested capacitors, contactors, fan motor amperages and compressor amperages. Everything was in accurate working condition. Both units have R410A refrigerant. Both were in accurate efficiency range.
