The people at PDM are careful not to get floors dirty, they are courteous and always update their arrival times. They are an appreciated member of my home upkeep team.

My service person was prompt and explained all that had to be done. He helped set up a follow up appt and was careful not to track mud inside which was appreciated.

Maintenance service for the backup generator. Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. The customer is interested in a whole-house water filter.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the AC condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Checked refrigerant levels. Everything is in accurate working condition and in accurate efficiency range. Last visit on the VIP service plan. The customer will renew in the fall. Replaced the furnace filter that the customer provided. Performed free inspections.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Found the capacitor lower than the acceptable range and the contactor is beginning to pit. The customer agreed to replace both parts. Used a 45/5 and a 1+shunt. Tested compressor amperage. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. Everything else was in an accurate, efficient working condition. This is the customer's last visit on plan and will need renewal in the fall. The system is operating, clean, and cooling as it should be at this time.
Air conditioner maintenance. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Checked amperage on compressor. Checked the amperage on the fan. Checked amperage on blower motor in furnace. Found the capacitor slightly below the recommended efficiency range. The customer agreed to replace the cap. Everything is in accurate working condition now, and refrigerant levels are in the accurate efficiency range. Customer renews annual Club maintenance program. One visit is being used today, and they will have one more visit remaining in the fall.
Pump repair. After system diagnosis, I found the bottom two floats need replacement. The pump works. A customer asked for the price of a new pump.
Toilet repair. Bolt caps popped off the nuts. Reapplied caps.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Toilet leaking. Repaired toilets in master bath and hall bath
Furnace repair. No heating call. Traced problem to unit was turned off at the breaker. Flipped switch and furnace is running properly. No Charge
Estimate for partial bathroom remodels: (2) Vanities with sinks & faucets & (1) Shower door.
Heating repair. Zone valve needs replacement for bathroom. Will order replacement part.
Installed 2 American Standard Titan toilets. Fill valve was bad on one, had to replace.
Cleaned and checked furnace and boiler. Heat was working in master bath that was called about how ever owner was saying not very well. I adjusted the set point/high limit on the boiler. Being radiant heat, it will take a little while to achieve higher temperature in that area. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Everything is in accurate working condition. Tested. Customer has one furnace and one zoned boiler system.
Conducted Fall-Winter safety inspection and service on an Amana furnace. Checked motors, relays, capacitors, contractors, circuit boards, bearings, fuses, wiring and connections, seals, fan, drains, thermostat, and heat exchanger. All components are working at manufacturer specification at this time. Customer is a VIP service member.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, flame sensor, ignitor, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Checked thermostat and heat exchanger. Cleaned out drain line. Replaced furnace filter and humidifier filter that customer provided. Renewed annual VIP service plan.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, flame sensor, ignitor, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Checked thermostat and heat exchanger. Blew out drain line. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Inspected hot water heater and found the exhaust vent is a little flat. Flue is not back drafting at this time. Sent estimate on replacement of water heaters.
