Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures in high and low stage. Tested blower motor amperage. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Changed humidifier pad filter(10). System is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Customer renewed maintenance plan. One visit is being used today and she will have spring/ac visit of 2026 prepaid. Verified that sump pump is in good operating condition. Performed free inspections.
