Pete was very professional. He described how he was going to do the job and what the expected result was going to be. He also was upfront about any possible consequences if it didn’t go as planned. However all went well , and in good time. I would recommend Pete to anyone asking. By the way, Pete was warmly welcomed by my dog and cat.

Air conditioner maintenance. Cleaned, washed out and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Capacitor was below acceptable range and was replaced using a 45/5. Everything else was in accurate working condition. Customer did not have filter in furnace but one was out in today. Checked refrigerant levels and r410a levels were in accurate efficiency range at this time. Customer renewed annual VIP maintenance program. Customer will have fall 2024 visit and ac visit of 2025 prepaid.
Air conditioning repair. No ac call, after testing found electrical fault. Capacitor too weak to start compressor. Replaced capacitor using a 35/5 and unit is operating and cooling as it should again at this time.
Shower value repair. Attempted to drill and chisel out old cartridge because the showers are back to back and customer didn’t want to ruin either shower but the cartridge now won’t seal in the valve. Need to come up with a plan to cut open wall in shower to replace valve.
Old garbage disposal gave out. Replaced with 1/2 HP garbage disposal. Tested operation and cleaned work area.
Tired, old shower value ready for retirement! Replaced shower valve with some creativity for a neat, caring outcome.
Air conditioner maintenance. Cleaned, washed out and serviced condensing unit.tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage and continuity. Everything was in accurate working condition. Checked r410a refrigerant and levels were in accurate efficiency range. Changed filter that customer provided. Filter and unit were extremely dirty. Last visit on plan. Customer renewed annual VIP maintenance program. Will have this fall and next spring prepaid.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Replaced lavatory faucet and water shut off valve stops.
AC maintenance call. I cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Unit was very dirty and packed with cottonwood. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything is in accurate working condition. Checked refrigerant levels. R410 was reading lower than recommend efficiency range. Added 1-1/2 lbs of R410a refrigerant to achieve accurate efficiency range. Condenser is cooling efficiently as it should at this time. * Customer will renew annual maintenance program in fall.
Commercial washroom faucet repair. Replaced batteries for five faucets in the south restrooms near Dave‘s office. Replaced four water filters for coffee makers. All customer supplied parts.
Air conditioner repair. No ac call. Upon arrival I found the compressor, all of the suction line, the A-coil on the inside is 5 inches thick of ice! Turned unit off, have fan running to thaw. Will return for further diagnosis and repair work.
Faucet repair. Moen posi-temp tub/shower faucet in master bath needs new cartridge. Replaced and tested.
Inspected and tested new roof top HVAC unit. Unit was froze up. Checked pressures and blower, looks fine. Future problems, will have to get factory representative involved.

Refrigerant is in accurate efficiency range. Condensing unit was extremely dirty. Changed and provided furnace filter(16x20x1).
Air conditioner maintenance. Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Refrigerant levels is good. Everything was in accurate working condition. Renew annual service plan. Clean clothes dryer vent, check roof vent.
Air conditioner safety maintenance. Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything is in adequate working condition. Checked R22 refrigerant levels. Levels where below acceptable efficiency range. Added 1-1/2 lbs of r22 and refrigerant sealant to unit to achieve accurate efficiency range. Unit is cooling at correct vapor saturation temperature and psi at this time. Discussed possibility of new unit. Will renew annual maintenance program in fall.
