Recently during my semi-annual inspection I got the news I was expecting regarding a 24 year old furnace. I decided to get a new one, as the PDM quote was fair and competitive. My technician Brennon finished the work on the appointed day and did a great job. He was very thorough, informative, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Sump pump service. A water leak appears to be coming from a hole in the foundation where the pipe is leaving the basement, not the pipe itself. Chipped away loose concrete and applied hydraulic cement, which will hopefully create a seal and resolve the issue. The customer declined free inspection because he’s busy.
AC repair. A customer called with a loud noise from the outdoor A/C unit. Inspection showed this to be an older unit. Recommended replacing due to age and condition. Provided estimate for new cooling system. Owner approved. Advised the customer that someone will reach out to schedule.
Replace pro series 1/3 hp sump pump with deluxe float
Sump pump repair. I got the hose hose-washed, sump pump pit cleaned out, and cycled the system. The pump came on and off at this time. I gave the customer an estimate for pump replacement. At this time, she is holding off. Pump cycled for about 20 minutes while I did a free customer inspection.
AC maintenance on 20 year 20-year-old system. Clean, tested and tuned. R22 refrigerant is charged properly. The customer asked for a 2.5-ton AC system estimate.
Replace the existing water softener. Test for safe operation. Clean up and remove the old water softener.
Service A/C for season. Unit is R22 system, suggested replacement. Inspected Hot water heater in crawl space. Unit is 2008. Sent estimates
Customer was nervous about gas leak from new washer and dryer install, there are no leaks at this time. Customer declined free inspection because he needs to leave. Also he is interested in getting a new condenser and possibly furnace in the future.
Toilet repair. I came out for the master bath toilet leaking. When I arrived, there was no sign of water. The cleaning lady said something was leaking and shut off the angle stop to the toilet. After turning the angle stop on and flushing the toilet 10+ times, there is no sign of water anywhere or signs that there was. I emptied the tank and inspected tank for cracks, with none visible. I spoke to the customer and explained that after inspection for 25 minutes, there is no sign of water, and I can recommend tightening everything on the toilet and replacing the supply line. I tightened everything and replaced the supply line, and told the customer if the leak reappeared to call us and we will make it out as soon as we can.
Commercial plumbing service. Changed water filter on drinking fountain and reset filter button on fountain/refill station in hall outside of kitchen Changed the water filter in the break room kitchen for the coffee maker. The filter was under the kitchen sink Replaced 1/4” supply water line in main kitchen lobby to coffee maker.
Commercial plumbing repair. The 4x2 rubber mob basin gasket looks to be leaking from mob basin to basement. Need to install new 4x2 rubber mob sink gasket on mop basin.
Bathroom faucet repair. Replace Moen posi-temp cartridge in second floor hall bath with customer supplied part.
Furnace repair. No heat call. Found blower motor locked up and was blowing fuse when trying to engage. Customer wanted quotes for new furnace and or full system. They are considering quotes and will get back to us.
Replaced two water filters for Kuerig coffee makers and one for south hallway drinking fountain/bottle filler.
