Pete was very professional. He described how he was going to do the job and what the expected result was going to be. He also was upfront about any possible consequences if it didn’t go as planned. However all went well , and in good time. I would recommend Pete to anyone asking. By the way, Pete was warmly welcomed by my dog and cat.

With winter cleaning found problem with noisy motor, I decided to replace rather than wait. Very accommodating & thorough with work checking all aspects of furnace. Helpful suggestions with filters.

Rodded sewer thru wall cleanout in shop washroom. Flowing well at this time.
Commercial drain cleaning, Rodded from cleanout on stack above sink in bathroom. Successfully cleared blockage. As before there’s a high likelihood of a backup until the drain issue is fixed.
Commercial water piping service. Shut water down and reroute cold water piping back in wall with 2” ball valve. Offset the upper part of main to miss soffit area. Test and clean up.
Furnace repair. Electrical faulty. Replaced capacitor on motor. Sent estimate on new furnace and estimate for a new blower motor.
Commercial HVAC service. Install hail guard for roof top HVAC unit.
Replace 50 gallon natural gas water heater, repair master bath toilet with customer supplied parts.
Commercial drain cleaning. Pulled toilet in ladies room to rod, pulled back a lot of wipes. Tested by running lavs and flushing toilets. Noticed the existing toilet was leaking from the tank to bowl connection, replaced toilet.
Replaced remaining two faucets in ladies room near Dave’s office.
Commercial HVAC repair. Inspected HVAC roof unit. System runs in cold temperatures. Unit originally had Economizer system and low ambient kit. Low ambient kit and economizer are not working and plug was unplugged. Reconnected and condenser fan motor stayed at full speed. System will freeze up in colder temperatures. Will call manufacturer about Economizer replacement and complete unit replacement. Checked Freon levels, looks fine.
Replaced to customer supplied lavatory faucets for front washrooms. Replaced vacuum breaker and spud assembly for toilet in common area.
Water heater pilot will not stay lit. Unit is under warranty, install pilot assembly from AO Smith. The thermopile wasn’t generating enough milivolts to keep the pilot lit. Technical support authorized replacing the entire unit.
Commercial drain cleaning. Successfully rodded from clean out on vent above sink in bathroom. This is a reoccurring problem that we gave an estimate to fix in October of 2022. Recommend looking into making the repairs, especially if those bathrooms keep backing up.
Commercial washroom faucet repair. Removed and attempted to disassemble faucet for left side sink in men’s room. It is an offbrand faucet and no parts are easily available for it.
