Chris was very polite, professional and very detailed in explaining my problem that I was having with my Water Softener. This guy even made himself available on Christmas Eve , who does that no service man that I know of. I highly recommend this Company when you are looking for professional service at the highest level.

Recently during my semi-annual inspection I got the news I was expecting regarding a 24 year old furnace. I decided to get a new one, as the PDM quote was fair and competitive. My technician Brennon finished the work on the appointed day and did a great job. He was very thorough, informative, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

ESTIMATE TO REPLACE HOT WATER BOILER 9-11
Toilet repair. The toilet was leaking on the floor significantly while not being used prior to my arrival. The customer shut off the water to the toilet, and there was no leakage when I arrived. I pulled the toilet lid and turned on the water. I noticed water spraying from the fill valve. Within a couple of seconds, the fill valve burst and sprayed water everywhere. I replaced the fill valve and pulled and reset the toilet as a preventative measure, just in case the wax ring was leaking. Hooked everything up and tested. No visible leaks after numerous flushes; everything is clean and working as expected.
Furnace service. Smoke alarms were going off. Turned off the power to the smoke alarms and turned it back on after running the furnace and water heater. There is no smoke in the house, and the carbon monoxide detector reads zero. Smoke alarms are not going off at this time.
Commercial plumbing repair. Replaced the customer-supplied filter on the drinking fountain. Reset the filter meter and everything is working as it should .
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Tested gas valve and inlet/outlet pressures. Replaced the furnace air filter with the customer's filter. Found the ignitor to be very corroded, and the customer agreed to replace it. The system is clean, heating, and operating accurately. Customer will have a spring/ac VIP service plan visit of 2026
Pump repair. Loose no hub band on the vent line for the ejector pump. I replaced the NuHub band with a new one.
Boiler repair. Replaced the float switch under warranty.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned pressure switch hoses and inlet. Noticed HSI was very corroded. Replaced part. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Tested the blower motor amperage and capacitor. Replaced the furnace filter that the customer provided. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this moment. Customer renewed VIP maintenance plan. One visit is being used today. She will have spring/ac visit of 2026 prepaid/remaining. Performed free inspections.
Water heater repair. Install the Mister sensor for the heat pump on the Rheem electric water heater and anode rod.
Heating furnace maintenance and safety inspection. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Replaced the furnace filter that the customer provided. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Performed a free plumbing inspection. Renew the annual VIP service plan.
Commercial heating repair. No heat on the rooftop HVAC unit. The pressure switch tubing rusted off the heat exchanger face plate. Connect the new copper tubing and sealer to the faceplate. Unit started up. Inspected the heat exchanger and found heavy rust buildup. No warranty on repair. Will contact the factory about the replacement unit. No heat on the Electric air handler. Replaced the 24-volt heat relay inside the air handler that controls the electric duct heater. Cycled and tested.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Changed one Moen posi-temp cartridge for tub/shower valve in the guest bathroom.
Furnace repair. No heating. I tested components, cleaned the sensor, and cycled the furnace. I suggested a furnace replacement due to age.
Furnace maintenance and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. The furnace is 32 years old and at the end of its lifespan. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Tested blower motor amperage. Found the ignitor and flame sensor to be very corroded. The customer agreed to replace both parts. Replaced thermostat batteries for the customer. Replaced the furnace filter that the customer provided. Giving customer estimates for the replacement of both furnace and ac units. The heating system is clean and operating adequately at this time. Performed free plumbing inspections.
