I contacted Peak at 6:30 in the morning because my furnace wasn't working. I expected to leave a message so someone got it first thing but instead my call was answered. The gentleman said that he would get someone as soon as possible. Juan Ochoa showed up around 7:45 am and identified the issue in about 5 minutes. Juan presented me with a few options, I chose the one that worked best for me, and Juan left to return the next morning with repair parts.....again earlier than planned. Juan was extremely knowledgeable, patiently explained everything, and provided me all of the information that I needed to make any decision as well as best practices for maintenance, etc. I feel very comfortable that the repair will be a long term solution and that Peak will resolve any future issue. Great experience! Great customer service! Great employee in Juan Ochoa....I hope all Peak employees are as good as Juan. Thanks for getting my furnace going!
