Let me preface this by saying every single technician that has been to our house has been phenomenal. They are professional, courteous, and very informative. Our problems come from the lack of communication from Peak’s schedulers or customer service. There seems to be a disconnect between what we customers are telling the people on the phone calling from Peak and what the technicians are being told. This is creating a lot of misinformation, confusion and frustration. Alex is an amazing tech, he knows his stuff. And We love Peak Technicians.
