We have researched heat pumps for 2 years. Having talked to three personal contacts, two of which used Peak Heating and Cooling, we pulled the trigger. Peak install staff are very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. They arrive on time, work the project to completion and clean up. The orientation on how to use the remote was clearly stated as was all aspects of maintenance and the heat pump function.
