I was surprised with the knowledge the technician possessed about his trade. This is something that is become rare with some of the companies providing "professional" service. Anyway, the technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He arrived on site within 20 minutes of the initial call and made. He was able to make the repair fast and the price was good. I will be using Pearce Heating and Air Conditioning again.

Pma on Lennox duel fuel system checked heat pump and gas heater
Heat check on Lennox heat pump washed coils and checked controls
Chech on unit not cooling very well
P-tac no cool found bad 2uf cap replaced and tested ,working now
Pma on Bryant units checked drains amps caps freon ducts vents and changed air filters and washed coils
Pma cool check amps caps drains freon cleaned very dirty condenser coil
Cool check on Bryant ac checked amps caps drain freon filters and added drain safety
Pma on Lennox ac checked amps caps drain freon and washed coil
No cool found bad blower motor and low on freon
Drain line stopped up and safety switch shut unit off
Not cooling well dirty coil and air filter cleaned and checked also added 1 lb 410a freon
Pma on rheem ac checked amps caps drains ducts controls freon and washed coils
