I was surprised with the knowledge the technician possessed about his trade. This is something that is become rare with some of the companies providing "professional" service. Anyway, the technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He arrived on site within 20 minutes of the initial call and made. He was able to make the repair fast and the price was good. I will be using Pearce Heating and Air Conditioning again.
