They came out quick to investigate why our furnace wasn’t running. Turns out, it just needed replace. Danny was able to get it replaced the following day. Communication was great. Rather disappointed. Charged much more than expected. I was asked if I want a digital thermostat. I said yes. I was not asked if I wanted a WiFi thermostat. It is a feature I do not plan to ever use. I could have saved money with a simple digital thermostat. If possible, I would like a digital thermostat and get a credit for overpayment.

Devin not only installed our new toilet, but he also took the time to find a tricky leak in the basement that we have been having an issue with for a while. Turned out to be a baseboard trim nail from the original builder 40 years ago punctured the drain pipe in the wall behind the refrigerator. The attention to detail, perserverance, determination and professional demeanor displayed by Devin throughout the entire process to resolve this issue was premiere. We will not hesitate to call on Devin for any future plumbing needs. He is a valuable asset to Perrysburg Plumbing. His expertise and craftsmanship are stellar, and much appreciated!
