We had a great first experience. Our AC unit is old and has been on the way out. The technician went over all of our options on repairs/replacement and we were able to make our choice from there.
I completed a diagnostic on a Comfortmaker Air Conditioner. I inspected the unit and found the outside unit unresponsive. I found the 30 amp breaker tripped. After some more investigation I found the issue is from the condenser fan motor. I advised customer on the repair cost. The customer requested I look at the humidifier. I found the humidifier pas was bad and replaced it per request. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on an A/C. The customer stated that after replacing batteries in the thermostat, the system would not do anything. I inspected the system and found no light on inside the furnace. I checked the fuse and it was good. As soon as I put the door back on the system started. I found that the door was loose to the switch causing it not to make a connection. I adjusted the frame of the furnace to compensate for the gap the door has. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.
Upon arrival I completed the Tune-Up and Safety Check. I visually inspected the unit. I checked the voltage, amps and pressures. I completed combustion analysis. I cycled and monitored the system. The system is operating normally at this time.
Performed a sma tune-up and safety check-up for a 2019 AC unit. Performed a/c tune up on this system. System is operating properly at this time and date. Found system is undersized lowered blower speed from high to medium speed.
Went for a duct cleaning, 2019 gas furnace with a 2700 sq ft house.
