I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Five Star heat pump. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored systems. All operating normally at this time.
Performed a diagnostic service call for a 2020 unit. Two head mini split system we installed less than two years ago running 22 psi on both heads and total system low side. P6 Error noted by the customer added 4 pounds are 410a superheat 12 saturation 35 108 psi low side.
performed a diagnostic service call for a gas furnace. The furnace doesn't run at all and the customer stated it might be the inducer motor. There is a loud high pitch whistling noise.
