Replace warranty Gas Valve and checked for gas leaks with a electronic leak doctor ad bubbles.

No heat- Upon arrival found system locked out on a flame proving fault. Customer showed me a video on his phone where the igniter came on but it didn’t light. Cycled furnace found that the gas valve is getting 24 volts but not opening every now and then. This is due to the gas valve sticking closed every now and then. replaced gas valve system OPERATING AT THIS TIME

Diagnostic Service Call. No heat upon arrival customer stated he removed the flame sensor and cleaned it and it starting working all day. Upon further inspection found the flame sensor not aligned with the burner causing improper readings. I aligned the flame sensor up and re-attached the ground that was very loose on the furnace cycled system multiple times found no issues at this time.
