I came out to give customer an estimate for a new heat pump
I performed a diagnostic service call on a 2008 electric furnace. No heat upon arrival found the air filter completely plugged. This caused the limit switches to be weak. Also found the sequencer bad. Only allowing 1 of the heating elements to come on at a time. During heat pump cycling found system low on R-22. Customer just wants to use easy seal and fix the furnace now until he is able to replace it later on in the season since he just bought a new system for his house 3 months ago.
Upon arrival I completed diagnostics and found the system was not communicating. This was traced back to a wire being disconnected at the furnace on the control board. I reconnected wire and cycled the system multiple times found no issues at this time. The system is operational upon departure. Amana
Upon arrival I completed a Full Install of a ) Amana 80% 80,000 BTU Down-Flow Gas Furnace/Amana 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. The system is operational upon departure.
