My first impression was not good. I called in on a Friday expecting same day service as the website claims, only to be told it would be Monday. Monday comes around and someone shows and tells me I need a jetting (though he never climbed under the house or looked at anything except to show me a pricing list). I asked about the $99 special on the website and am told my problem is too big for that (again, after never looking at anything). I call Paul at your office and am told the same thing. By now I have had a slow drain problem for four days and tell them to go ahead, though I am not happy with the price. Tuesday two guys show, and these two look like plumbers and talk like plumbers, and not a salesman. They climb under the house and on the roof and try to run the jet down through the vent, and then come to me telling me they can do the work, but what I really need is to have a camera run down through the pipes and see really what is going on, and if there is another problem, jetting might make it even worse. These two guys (Doug and Daniel) actually made sense and sounded like plumbers that were interested in providing a quality product that would solve my problem. So that is my next step to schedule a camera to see where we really are. I still have a slow drain, but think the camera idea is the best bet right now. I also suggest make the coupons on your website say exactly what they mean. Right now they are misleading and project a negative image of your company when they are not honored.
