Installed this new 3 ton Goodman air conditioner with new all aluminum evaporator
Performed heating maintenance on on this 1.5 year old Trane heat pump system. Tested electrical components and compressor. Tested defrost cycles and stripheat. Checked Freon readings and pressures. Checked static pressure through duct system. Chemical cleaned electronic air filter.
Performing heating maintenance on this 13 year old 13 seer R-22 Trane heat pump system. Checked Freon readings and pressures. Tested electrical components and compressor. Checked defrost cycles and strip heater. Checked static pressure through duct system. Retaped insulation on supply duct.
Another company installed this system back in the summer and did not hook up the exhaust pipe, condensation drain line or gas line for the 92% efficiency furnace. We fixed all this and have the furnace heating correctly.
Added zone control to this 1 year old Amana air conditioner that another company installed.
Installed this New Goodman 2.5 air conditioner, matching evaporator coil and variable speed natural gas furnace. 10 year all parts warranty, 1 year labor, 2 year outdoor unit replacement if compressor fails, Lifetime on the heat exchanger.
Replacing this 25 plus year old York air conditioner. Compressor is going out and system has several Freon leaks. New HVAC system will be Goodman and it will have 10 year all parts, 1 year labor, lifetime heat exchanger warranty and 2 year outdoor unit replacement if compressor fails.
Replaced this cracked condensation drain pan on this 5 year old Goodman variable speed air handler. This was causing water to leak on the floor.
Replaced bad txv on this 5 year old variable speed air handler. This was causing the air conditioner to freeze up and not cool.
Found this 5 year old Goodman 2.5 ton heat pump not cooling correctly due to a bad txv.
Quoting replacement of this 15 year old Goodman 2.5 ton heat pump system.
Replaced leaking aluminum evaporator coil in this 9 year old Amana Distinctions 2 ton heat pump system under their 10 year parts and labor warranty. Customer only had to pay for Freon.
Found compressor shorted out in this 10 year old Tempstar heat pump with zone control. This is causing it to not cool at all. Whole system or compressor replacement will be the only options on fixing this.
Found this 20 plus year old Nordyne Tappan heat pump not cooling due to a bad capacitor causing the compressor not to come on. System is also low on Freon. Was able to get system back up and running today but this system is on its last leg.
Installed this new outdoor unit under Amana’s Lifetime compressor warranty. So if the compressor fails then the whole outdoor unit will be replaced. This customer added a labor warranty when we installed so there will be no charge to the customer.
