Performing heating maintenance on this 13 year old 13 seer R-22 Trane heat pump system. Checked Freon readings and pressures. Tested electrical components and compressor. Checked defrost cycles and strip heater. Checked static pressure through duct system. Retaped insulation on supply duct.
Replaced this cracked condensation drain pan on this 5 year old Goodman variable speed air handler. This was causing water to leak on the floor.
Replaced bad txv on this 5 year old variable speed air handler. This was causing the air conditioner to freeze up and not cool.
Found this 5 year old Goodman 2.5 ton heat pump not cooling correctly due to a bad txv.
Found this 6 year old Carrier heat pump not cooling due to a bad outdoor capacitor and dirty outdoor condenser coils.
Repaired a leak on the true suction line in the outdoor unit on this 3 year old Goodman 3.5 ton heat pump system that we did not install. This caused all the Freon to leak out.

This 14 year old Carrier air conditioner had developed a large Freon leak and the compressor is going out. Recommended replacing this system for the upstairs level due to the age and condition of the system.
Installed this new 14 seer 2.5 ton Amana heat pump system. Comes with a 2 year outdoor unit replacement if compressor fails, 10 year all other parts warranty and 1 year labor.

Found this 23 year old Goodman low on Freon. Customer just had us fill the Freon back up for now. More than likely this will not last through.
Performing cooling maintenance on on my sister’s 18 seer inverter compressor heat pump system with zone control. Chemical cleaned outdoor coils. Tested electrical components. System pulls a lot less amps than a standard system. Which means it doesn’t use much power to operate. Lifetime compressor warranty and 10 years all other parts. 10 year labor warranty can be added to Amana and Goodman systems at a reasonable price.
New aluminum Carrier evaporator coil that I am installing today under the American Home Shield warranty. Replacing due to the old coil leaking.
