Found this 4 year old Rheem air conditioner out of Freon. Performed high pressure leak search and no leak was found. Added Freon back to system along with dye. If customer has another problem hopefully the dye will direct us towards the leak.
Estimating the cost to replace this 18 year old Armstrong air conditioner and gas furnace. New system is a Amana that has a lifetime compressor and heat exchanger warranty and 10 years all other parts.
Found this 8 year old Goodman air conditioner with electric heating not cooling due to a bad dual capacitor. Also cleaned outdoor condenser coils. Checked Freon readings and pressures.
