Found this air conditioner not coming on due to the secondary drain pan full of water. Filter was extremely dirty and could have caused the system freeze up.
Found this 5 year old Comfortmaker air conditioner not cooling due to a bad compressor start capacitor.
Found this 13 year old Amana Distinctions air conditioner not cooling due to a totally blocked outdoor coil. Coil was so dirty it was making the system run high pressures and not cool correctly.
Found this 19 year old Rheem air conditioner not cooling due to a bad capacitor. Repairs paid by Amazon home warranty company. Customer just had to pay the $75 service call.
Found this 20 year old Payne natural gas furnace not working. Replaced bad hot surface ignitor and retested system. Tested for carbon monoxide and none was found at this time. American Home Shield is fixing this under the home warranty.
Replaced failed pressure switch on this 22 year old Armstrong 80% natural gas furnace. All work paid by American Home Shield. Tested for carbon monoxide.
Performed cooling tuneups on these (2) 17 year old Comfort Maker air conditioners. Both have dirty indoor evaporator coils. Chemical cleaned outdoor coils. Tested electrical components and compressor. Cleaned condensation drain lines. Furnace for downstairs system was replaced last year 2018. Customer has decided to replaced rather that repair due to the systems being 17 years old.
5 year old Lennox air conditioner had quit working due to a bad capacitor. This is a 5 ton which is the largest one made for residential use. This is a 13 seer which no longer meets the government mandated minimum energy efficiency.
