Performed cooling maintenance on this 7 year old Trane air conditioner. Chemical cleaned outdoor coils. Added cleaner to condensation drain line. Checked Freon readings and pressures. Replaced customer supplied 20x25x5 pleated media filter. Replaced failing capacitor before it became a problem.
