I emailed Kalvin early one morning because I was having a problem with my kitchen sink and also a powder room sink. Rich and Billy were at my house by 9 am, left to pick up a part at the local hardware store, and completed the work by 9:45. I was so pleased with their efficiency and same-day response on a matter that was not an emergency.
