We waited all day for someone to arrive. We were given a time of 11AM and your rep showed up at 5PM. Not a good use of my time. The rep was terrific. he did everything right. it's the waiting around for you i do not like. And this is not the first time. The lst time you told us someone would be here at 9AM and they showed up at 2PM. Not good.

Arrived onsite met with customer and went over scope of work, reworked kitchen sink drain line to make it proper, cut out existing drain line and started from scratch, used a 2x1-1/2†reducer bushing to tie into 2†kitchen line and get It as close to the wall as I could, reinstall new drain line with master trap, once completed tested by running water down both sinks for a few minutes a piece, once completed put silicone around lavatory faucet handles to stop water from dripping threw small gap. Everything is working as it should.
Heath stated hey have been smelling a sewer smell in both bathroom. Also they received a notice from HOA about toilets. Did notice that toilet seats are giving off an odor. Master bath- turned water off to toilet and removed tank from bowl. Removed bowl from flange, installed new wax ring, and bolts. Reset bowl and replaced fill valve, flush valve, bolts for tank to bowl and added a new braided supply line. Removed old smelly toilet seat and installed new wooden slow close seat. Put fresh grout around base. Guest bath- turned water off to toilet and removed tank from bowl. Removed bowl from flange, installed new wax ring, and bolts. Reset bowl and replaced fill valve, flush valve, bolts for tank to bowl and added a new braided supply line. Removed old smelly toilet seat and installed new wooden slow close seat. Rebuild minor 4 toilets all flappers and fill valves are new. One handle replaced. And free up blade on disposal.
Arrived at customer house with loud knocking when toilet flushes or when shower is turned on. Replaced fill valve to remove knocking in toilet. Replaced shower cartridge and problem remained. Removed new cart. Installed old cart again. Gave options. For shower valve replacement and repipe.
To open dry wall behind shower valve and remove existing shower valve and replace with customer supplied and install access panel.
A kitchen faucet needs to be installed, two lav faucets needs to be installed in master bath. All stops are currently working but will price out for new ones to be installed. Kitchen- Removed old leaky faucet. Installed new customer supplied kitchen faucet. Turned water off to home and removed a dual stop under sink and the angle stop for cold. Removed all four angle stops under lav sinks installed all new emergency stops. Master bath- removed old lav faucets and installed two customer supplied lav faucets with the pop up assemblies.
Chipped out concrete around 11/2†pipe going into home and extended the pipe out.
Removed old three handle shower valve from master bathroom tub/shower and plumbed in single handle Moen posi temp with Eva trim, installed a ball valve for sediment filter under kitchen sink and replaced filter media with customer supplied cartridge. No leaks present at this time.
Replace guest bathroom tub spout, removed old one and installed new one, tested and checked for leaks everything is working as it should
Tech to remove and install new Arrived on site with customer explaining there was water all under the kitchen sink cabinet And history of dishwasher leaking In the process of removing the old garbage disposal notice the punch out line for dishwasher drain was half off obstructing flow and garbage disposal was loose and hanging on a whim Installed in sinker raider three-quarter horsepower with new bracket and tested, At this time there are no leaks no issues Ran dishwasher and dishwasher was draining with no issues if leaks occurs again underneath the dishwasher dishwasher may need to have an appliance tech come out Two year warranty on labor and product through plumbing nerds as long as nerd pass is continuously held Seven year manufacturer warranty to be registered by customer
Dropped water and found line compromised with roots This line will back up again ,line needs to be fixed There is no warranty at this time
Also found the plumbing installed underneath is incorrect and having water come out from the left side of sink when the garbage disposal is ran Tech to take apart plumbing under sink Also run snake Customer did this claim she peeled about 8 pounds of potato skin and push down Garbage disposal Clean pipes for a customer did not find any debris in the pipes clogged is in the kitchen line passed the wall Snake 3 times 35 feet out and tested line At this time kitchen sink is open and there are no leaks 30 day warranty per Danny Customer will be following up with us again to re-plum sink under the kitchen and find out why her master vanity is leaking water from a mysterious place at certain times of day
Replace 30 gallon water heater, fix pipes in and around water heater and replace shower valve.
