We needed some work done for our winter home in FORT MYERS. Being a previous customer of PLUMBING NERDS. Being pleased with their work I again chose to call the company. Install ice maker box in kitchen. Customer had leak in wall behind ice maker box(poly). Installed new in cpvc and strapped within 6 foot. Customer is responsible for drywall.

Replace 40 gallons water heater low boy in the closet. I noticed the water on the hot side is keeping running I checked the meter and the meter keeps running. It not let the water heater to recover , homeowner will call a leak detection company to find the leak and call us to fix it .
Threaded hose bib replacement by pool equipment Removed and disposed of old hose bib. Installed new hose bib and turned water back on to home, pressurized system and checked for leaks and no leaks occurred at this time. Turned water back off to home.
Small leak on pex plumbing system do to friction against clamp
Replace broken half inch pvc with copper going from ground to dock. Old pvc had come disconnected at coupling and line to dock as a potential hazard plumbed in cpvc.
Check shower head and tighten toilet bolts in GB, went into attic checked water line going to rain fall shower, everything is working as it should and no leaks, tightened toilet bolts down to toilet in guest bathroom the tank to bowl bolts, tested and checked everything for leaks everything is working as it should
Arrived onsite met with customer and went over scope of work, reworked kitchen sink drain line to make it proper, cut out existing drain line and started from scratch, used a 2x1-1/2†reducer bushing to tie into 2†kitchen line and get It as close to the wall as I could, reinstall new drain line with master trap, once completed tested by running water down both sinks for a few minutes a piece, once completed put silicone around lavatory faucet handles to stop water from dripping threw small gap. Everything is working as it should.
Plumbing diagnostic on shower valve. Low pressure at valve. Opened cartridge and removed check valves. Water pressure was resorted and adequate. Possible replacement of mana bloc in the future.
To arrive remove existing toilet, clean surface and install new wax ring and bolts. Put new toilet together and install new toilet, shim toilet and grout toilet.(however flooring does not match up with new toilet). Customer was aware. Remove existing faucet in kitchen and install new. Install new fill valve and flapper in guest bath.
Open drywall and repair. Replace sink in guest bathroom, replace tub spout in the big tub and replace shower cartridge in guest bathroom
Replace the garbage disposal underneath the kitchen sink customer supplied
Customer had no shut off valve on water heater, customer approved new valve.
