Danny did an excellent job of cleaning my drain line, which was so jammed up I thought maybe a hamster had died in it! He worked several ways to get the line clean, checked it by pouring water in until it came out clean, and then sold me a bottle of biological drain cleaner - at the same price as on Amazon!! - to continue the cleaning. Great job, very personable, definitely knew what he was doing!! As for convenience, they were booked up for 5 days before they could get to me ... I took that as a testament to their popularity!

Replace 40 gallons water heater low boy in the closet. I noticed the water on the hot side is keeping running I checked the meter and the meter keeps running. It not let the water heater to recover , homeowner will call a leak detection company to find the leak and call us to fix it .
Check shower head and tighten toilet bolts in GB, went into attic checked water line going to rain fall shower, everything is working as it should and no leaks, tightened toilet bolts down to toilet in guest bathroom the tank to bowl bolts, tested and checked everything for leaks everything is working as it should
Plumbing diagnostic on shower valve. Low pressure at valve. Opened cartridge and removed check valves. Water pressure was resorted and adequate. Possible replacement of mana bloc in the future.
Camera line thru toilet and pull and reset toilet. Camera the line 25ft to ensure nothing else could be blocking the line, when toilet was pulled noticed whom ever performed remodel used 3 wax rings with horns and one of the horns was down in the line near flange causing it to collect the toilet paper around it and make the toilet back up, once removed and reinstalled with new wax ring with horn began sealing around base and testing for leaks and functionality, everything is working as it should.
Service fee Customer just bought the house 1 month ago, neighbor tenant underneath noticed a lot of water damage on the ceiling , I let customer know the only way to know where the leak is , it is to open draywall in the neighbor ceiling master bathroom and run each fixtures by itself to locate the leak . Customer doesn’t want us to do any work until her insurance adjuster come out to check everything.
Home has water, found no issues at time of visit, will credit $85 back to repair of it happens again within the next week.

Repair 1-1/2†water line in ground, dug up around 1-1/2†irrigation water line in backyard, cut out point where line was cracked and broken, exposed underneath the pipe so I could glue on plumbers loop, began making plumbers loop to make new tie in, once glued and in place waited 30 minutes for glue to dry before restoring water pressure,
Major rebuild the toilets in hallway bathroom, guest bathroom 1 , guest bathroom 2 ,and master bathroom.

Arrived to see leaky faucet, low pressure in shower and stiff handle, as well as a clicking sound from the angle stop in bathroom when refilling tank. Replaced two cartridges (one shower, one lav handle) and new angle stop for toilet supply.
To install leak detection device on heater.
Removed old faucet. Installed new. Checked for leaks. No leaks. Adjusted flapper chain for no charge. Adding value!!
Cut handle off and install new cartridge and trim for shower(delta)
