Heating maintenance on a 2012 Trane unit. We perform a heat tune up on system. In the process inspect for heating efficiency. Check heat exchanger. Inspect for leaks in ductwork. Check for biological growth in plenum . Inspect condensate drain for buildup. Check for 13 MERV rating on air filter. System is now running at optimum condition!
