I do not usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Rickey that I felt I needed to. From the start, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly respectful of my home—he even took his shoes off without being asked, which I really appreciated. Ricky took the time to walk me through the issue, explain what caused it, and lay out my options in a way that made sense. There was no pressure, no upselling—just honest advice.
