I do not usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Rickey that I felt I needed to. From the start, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly respectful of my home—he even took his shoes off without being asked, which I really appreciated. Ricky took the time to walk me through the issue, explain what caused it, and lay out my options in a way that made sense. There was no pressure, no upselling—just honest advice. We were referred to you by Home Depot to install a replacement garbage disposal. Your representative, Juan Hernandez. arrived about 5:30 PM for an appointment scheduled for 3:00 - 5:00 PM. He was knowledgeable and friendly but we were not on the same page. He wanted to sell a year-long Membership including various checkups of plumbing and HVAC at about $1000/year. I only wanted to install a new garbage disposal. When it came to Power Pro's price for installation of a garbage disposal it wat $800 - $900 depending on whether we joined a Membership. This quote was more than 4X what we subsequently paid to have the garbage disposal installed. While I don't blame you for chasing new business my experience was a total waste of time. I had a phone conversation with a lady from your office in which I provided this information about your quote being extremely out-of -line.
